This hotel is conveniently located by the city wall, and directly across from the Subway exit. It accepts foreigners, and the staff made a good effort to speak to us in English if necessary. Our room was a bit smoky when we came in, but it aired out with the windows open.

Excellent location, spacious, but generally older design of the rooms and hotel. Convenient to see the city walls.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Had difficulties to find ‘do not disturb’ sign/button. I had a very pleasant stay

Great place to stay right near the amazing city wall. Staff were able to speak english. Rooms were clean and reasonably modern but you can see that some parts are aging.

Recommended for those who come to Xi'an.

Great service, staff were very accommodating and gave great suggestions for things to visit and what times are best to visit. The location is directly beside a metro station and very close to lots of tourist areas making it a great place to staff. Lots of great food places nearby aswell.

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

This is an impressive looking hotel situated to overlook the main entrance to the ancient Xian city wall. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance of the hotel. Also the metro is very close. The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast was both good and plentiful and included both Asian and western selections. My room was clean and tidy with a great view of the city wall.

The hotel is just outside the South Gate of Xian wall. They gave us a free upgrade for rooms with a view of the wall. Breakfast was excellent with Chinese food options, western options as well as great veg options. Front desk was very friendly but expect limited interaction if you are unable to speak Mandarin. Overall, highly recommend the hotel and will book again if I were visiting

I took my kids to Xi'an on holiday. This hotel is really worth it. It is located at the entrance of the city wall. The subway is well connected. It is very convenient to go to Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower and the city that never sleeps. The city wall is outside the room window, and the scenery is excellent. The room is clean and tidy, using Japanese toiletries, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. The housekeeper has a strong sense of safety. Our door was not closed properly. The elder sister found it and quickly reminded and helped to close it. It felt very warm. Xi'an has a profound cultural heritage, and it is not a problem for learning and playing. It has been continuously improving over the years, and it deserves to be the first tourist destination.

The location is very good, next to the Yongning Gate city wall, and there is a subway station right outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can see Yongning Gate when you stay in the hotel. The service attitude of the hotel is acceptable, but the facilities are relatively old and need to be improved. The robot food delivery is very good, and the children like it.

The hotel is at the Yongningmen subway station, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the bell tower. This time I brought my children to play and stayed in a family room. The room was large and comfortable. It is very cost-effective.
