This hotel experience was great! The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete and well-maintained, Jolie was enthusiastic and professional, Sasa was attentive, and Angel was gentle and considerate. The hotel is conveniently located, and the surrounding transportation and attractions are very convenient. I will choose this place again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

忙到今日才有空寫寫再一次入住西安麗思的感受，雖然發生了一些不愉快的小插曲，但還是首先謝謝Jerry事後第一時間致電與我的溝通，這一次短暫行程入住了4晚。雖説預訂酒店有升級服務，但是衹升級房型不升級禮遇。這一點應該提早説明一下……（除了樓層高了一些其它沒什麼差別）謝謝客房兩位打掃衞生的阿姨，因為我帶了兩個孩子入住阿姨每天都會存放多餘的水以便我們使用，天氣乾燥的原因向酒店提供了加濕器以及空氣凈化器，服務都很積極迴應，這點很麗思……
早餐：種類繁多且品質優良，西安當地特色小吃做的都很地道，剛好也彌補了我這次因為孩子生病無法離開酒店外出覓食的遺憾。
衞生；可能是因為天氣乾燥的原因房間床頭以及一些桌面有浮灰，這一點可以理解
服務：這次入住沒有管家提前聯繫，且所有服務以及應該有的禮遇基本都是一一向酒店提及才會給予的，這一點做為客人還是挺尷尬的，酒店應該主動提供的服務不應該由客人逐一尷尬詢問才能提供，這很不麗思……
麗思一直是以温暖主動的服務深得顧客信賴，但是這一次卻很遺憾一點都沒有感受到……
最後不論怎樣還是謝謝Nicole送給孩子們的小獅子。
希望下一次回到西安麗思還會是我首選的（家）
