Reno is the manager of this hotel and he was amazing. He helped us check in very late at night and upgraded us to a suite room. Hotel service was excellent and the staff were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend you to stay here if you are on a trip to Xi’an

Excellent service of jenny who is courteous and generous in upgrading us to Family friendly room. The courteous housekeeping helper done a good cleaning of the room and living area. As a result of the excellent , I extended my stay to 15 days. Recommended for foreigner travelers. Thank you Jenny and the front office staff who always answer to our queries.

i stayed in the hotel for 2 days, the location is great for hiring DIDI and near subway line 3( TONG HUA MEN). My room is big and spacious with complete basic amenities. The customer service is 5*, from the lady who handles my late c/in, to the manager who make a follow-up call making sure that everything are ok and also assisted me with my laundry transaction, to the housekeeping who cleans my room and handle my laundry, Lastly to Ms. Alice lian of guest relation who is friendly and assisted me with my luggage storage. The only bad feedback i have; first, the drainage smell in my bathroom (they even place another layer of plastic next to drainage cover), and the sheer curtain in the window (the hook is not fix in the curtain railings). overall, i will recommend this hotel..

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the money. That is if you aren't too fussy a person. Could be a bit cheaper though, imo. The location is near Tong Hua Men subway station. Very convenient to move about the city. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were courteous and friendly. The room was warm. I went to Xi'an to explore the city, so I didn't spend much time in the hotel. So it quite suited my needs.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is only a few minutes away. The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good and proactive. Special thanks to the beautiful Wang Qianqian and the handsome Li Jiahao. The service is patient and polite, and they also took the initiative to adjust the room to arrange a small refrigerator. The breakfast is also good with many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective.

This is an old hotel in Xi'an. It has a superior location and is very convenient to the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, full of nostalgic style, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Xiao Qin and Xiao Du at the check-in front desk are warm and thoughtful, efficient, and every detail shows the high quality of the hotel. I will definitely choose here again on my next trip.

The room is clean and big. The service attitude of the guys and girls at the front desk is very good, and they handle problems quickly and satisfactorily. The surrounding transportation to major scenic spots and food is also convenient, and the cost performance is very high. An old five-star hotel with a great location. The subway station Line 1 and Line 3 are right outside the hotel. The lobby is bright and clean, and the room is about 40 square meters. The front desk staff Husheng Xiaodu provided good service. He carefully introduced the hotel facilities to me and helped me to issue invoices. Since I didn't have an email address, he also helped me print out the invoices for fear that the invoices would be lost later, and he also took photos for backup. The cleaning lady also washed our socks and checked our suitcases attentively. There are also robots delivering food. I am really grateful to the staff of Jinhua Hotel for providing services to us.

Special praise for two points, one is the customer service director Lian Ge, because there was a little problem with the room, she personally took us to see the room, changed the room, asked about our needs, and gave the child a pizza coupon, which was really warm and kind. In addition, the restaurant, on the first day of breakfast, I asked to take away the unfinished coffee, and the waiter found vegetation. On the second day, the coffee machine and take-away paper cups were installed at the door of the restaurant. It was really thoughtful!
