We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially by the staff. The check-in process went very smoothly and we were allocated a huge room! The room was inspired by Captain America and had a play area with a tent and the single bed sheets decorated with Captain America and huge stuffed animals. Special mention to Flora Feng, the Customer Service Manager, who visited us in our room and offered us a nice welcome kit. Not only that, but she helped us make reservations for our visit to the Terracotta Warriors due to our inability to use Chinese-only mobile apps. It was not her role but she helped us using her personal mobile phone with great involvement and willingness to help. They made us feel at home! The breakfast was very varied with lots of choice. Don't miss it!

I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.

We came from England visiting Xi’an where we used to work and live 30 years ago. We originally booked four nights, and then extended one more night without hassle. The location, the bedding and the room service were all excellent. We were welcomed in our room with a basket of various snacks. We were provided with several bottles of drinking water every day, all to our great pleasure. The room was spacious. we were really very happy to have chosen this hotel. Thanks to the management and all the staff who have made our stay a memorable one.

First of all, my room was upgraded to King Size upon check-in, and it was really huge. Then I realized there must be something wrong with the AC (or was I simply too ignorant to operate it), anyway, it wasn't a problem for long because I simply opened the windows. The front desk was nice and spoke to me in English so it made things easier to check-in. The cleaning ladies were also very kind and made sure my room was clean and tioletries refilled. Finally, it's a few steps away from the metro! Great value for money, will definitely stay again in the future!

Great breakfast. Very comfortable room, although perhaps some very minor repairs needed. Staff very nice. We were very happy to be able to have windows open, and the room has a small fridge. Located next door to metro station Yuxiangmen Line 1, giving easy access to Xiang Nortn/High Speed Rail station and airport., Bell Tower and other popular sites. Giant wall surrounding tbe original city only a 150m away. Walking the area is very easy, and pleasant.

It was great. Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast was great, and staff went out of their way to make this a great visit. This is just one more reason to love the city of Xi’an.

I have stayed at Tianlang Times Hotel both times when I came to Xi'an. It is not only warm and comfortable, clean and sanitary, but also very considerate. Fruits and snacks are delivered as soon as you enter the door, as well as tourist maps and various coupons. There is a Hanfu makeup rental service on the first floor. My daughter experienced it once and it was very convenient. The best thing is the good view. You can see the city wall outside the window. When the weather is good, I can take a telephoto lens to take pictures of Qinling Mountains. Last time I came to stay in a suite with my elderly parents, we could watch the sunrise. It only takes a few minutes to ride a bike to the corner tower in the early morning.

I stayed in this hotel for the whole four-day and three-night trip. It was customized by a tour group at first, so I trusted the quality and confirmed it myself online. It is a 5-star hotel (although it takes a while, you can see it), next to the city wall, and it is a beautiful view at night. It is convenient to take a taxi from popular scenic spots and not too noisy (unlike some customized tours, which are also 4.5 stars, but are far away and outside the third ring road). I also chose the Qianguqing room ticket package. The standard double room with a small suite is rare. It is spacious when you stay there. It is very worthwhile. Manager Xiao He at the lobby front desk is beautiful and flexible. Because the flight was delayed, she also asked the front desk to delay the lunch break time for the elderly in the room, and also gave souvenirs. I didn’t bring any snacks, because I really couldn’t finish them. There were also many foreign guests in the middle, and they were customized for official and commercial use, so the business must be booming.

The room was not well drained on the first night, and we upgraded the room type when we stayed the next day. Overall, it was good. The service attitude of the front desk was very good, and Sister Liu from the front desk even gave us some local specialties.
