The room is clean and well equipped, hotel is very convenient located in city center. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful especially Ms.Taozi, she gifted us even by check-out with snacks since she got informed that we have further travel.😊 We keep our luddge in Hotel and will revert to this wonderful Hotel in 1 week once we are back to Xi'an. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation

Location of hotel is very good. 10 mins walk to Muslim food street, Bell Tower, Drum Tower and close to lots of local food street and restaurants. Quite area.
Lots of local dress up in Tang and Han dynasty costumes. Really fun to watch.
Room are spacious.
Breakfast and hi-tea food variety simple.
Plenty of free Water bottle along the corridors to take from.

We stayed 2 days in Eastern House upon arrival into Xi’an. Pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness, service of the hotel. Also great is the buffet breakfast spreads. Also really enjoyed the afternoon tea with fruits, cakes and flower tea. A shout out to service staff 陈丽娜 who patiently helped us book our Didi cab as we struggle with the booking. The hotel is also walking distance to south wall of the 城墙. Will recommend to visitors coming to Xi’an.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly.
The rooms are really spacious and comfortable.
The location is good, walking distance from South Gate.
There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.
The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods.
We also used the laundry room that has self service.
The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

It’s a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Walking distance to the Muslim street and a few tourist attractions. The hotel room is clean and big. A highly recommended hotel to friends and family who are visiting Xi’an.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to City Wall, Bell Tower and Drum Tower. The surrounding restaurants are good. The restaurant in the building is nice too. The room is clean and service is good.

Rooms were large and spacious and hotel provided unlimited bottles of water. Hotel breakfast had a wide spread and location was within walking distance to a couple of attractions. Hotel also had laundry room for guest to wash clothes. Overall a great place to stay

I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for 4 days and it was absolutely lovely. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Linn, hotel is very clean and well organized, the location is great and we had a pleasant vacation.

We had a nice stay at the Eastern House which was a short walk to Muslim Street. The hotel smells amazing and has a pleasant ambiance upon entering. Few staff spoke Englush but were adept at using their translation devices. The executive room was large and had plenty of space to accommodate large and small suitcases. My 80 year old dad said the bed was not firm enough, but he slept just fine taking naps and such from jetlag. The toilet was low. There's no grab bar in the shower or toilet, but there's a bath mat. The towels were soft (to include wash clothes) and there's refillable shampoo, etc in the shower. The breakfast is Chinese style but satisfactory. We took advantage of the guest laundry, which I think was free. I brought my own laundry pods. Arranging airport drop off was a breeze and cost 30¥ per person. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location and bed were the best features of Eastern House during my stay. The room was relatively clean, with the exception of the teaware and carpet. Air conditioning and hot water were plentiful and always available. The reserved room was not cleaned when I arrived at 15:15. They placed me immediatley in an equivalent room on a higher floor. The staff were polite, but very busy; they appeared rather annoyed that I needed some assistance. Their English fluency was not strong. Translation apps proved adequate to answer my questions.

Service was excellent. We booked a family room. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and would not hesitate to ask if we needed any assistance. Free flow of bottled water on every hotel room levels. The buffet in the morning had a good spread of delicious food. We stayed there for 9 days and it was an enjoyable experience. It was during the dumpling festival. Close to main attractions.

We had a great four day stay at Eastern House. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal and one can walked to most famous sites. Subway is less than a 10 minute away by foot. Hotel staffs were all helpful, particularly the kitchen staff at the restaurants where we had our daily breakfast. Ms Yin (尹改利）and her wonderful kitchen staff were lovely people who helped our elderly friend a great deal. They carried her plate of food to the table and assisting whenever needs arose. Breakfast was delicious and has both western and Chinese items. It was a great way to start the day.

The hotel is old. The lighting throughout the hotel is dim. The lighting in the room itself are soft even though all lights turned on so it was hard to tell whether the carpet, the bathroom floor, or the bedding are cleaned. Staff are friendly. Hotel is at the great location; Walkable to the City Wall, the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslims Quarter. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel provides unlimited water bottles. Laundry room has 2 washers and a dryer; it can get busy in early morning or late at night. Breakfast buffet is decent with Chinese and Western foods choices. From the hotel website and Trip.com booking confirmation, it said that hotel provides airport pickup, however, it turned out that they only provide free airport pickup for Mainland Citizens, everyone else, they will charged 150 RMB. which is more expensive than the airport taxi.

Lovely stay at the Eastern House Boutique Hotel. Me, my wife and our 10yr old son stayed in a family room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There are laundry facilities available - really helpful if you're travelling through China for a couple of weeks or longer. The staff were really friendly, especially the young man on the front desk who called a taxi for us that we then used for the whole day for our trip the Terracotta Warriors and Qin Shi Huang's mausoleum. We speak pretty decent Chinese but even if you don't, this is a convenient place to stay. The daily afternoon tea included was a nice touch too.

Really loved the service and ambience during my stay at Eastern House!
The staff were approachable and helpful, and the room was super well-designed and comfortable to stay in!
Was especially well taken care of by Shiyi (十一）, our dedicated manager, who gave us a lot of great recommendations based on our plans, was available to reply to us on WeChat and even offered us an extension on the checkout time!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Eastern House and definitely my go-to hotel when I visit Xi’an again.
