Good location, and enough for what you pay, but don’t expect more, the facilities are not in good conditions and they look very old. The bed was very hard.

Great location, a bit old but clean and spacious, good value for money

It is the hotel closely located to the City Wall. It is very convenient to stay there to explore the city.

The location is about 6mins from Hepingmen subway so it was uper convenient to travel, it's also just outside the city walls so they're really close-by too. The staff were really friendly and even helped take our suitcases all the way to our room. There's also a lift, luckily! We're not people who leave early to sightsee so it would have been helpful to have a 'do not disturb' sign rather than the maid knocking each morning while we were still getting ready but she was still friendly and they gave us water each day too which was nice.

Very happy with the location and the comfort of the bed. There are several cheap restaurants in the area. They offer you free water every day. The only downside is that, even though it says that the room is non-smoking, you can still smell tobacco. You can leave your bags at reception when you check out.

There were hooks in the room to hang clothes, but there was not a single hanger, I would like to have at least a couple of hangers, not all clothes had a loop to hang them on, but there was one chair with a back, which saved the situation a little) The price and quality correspond, there were no problems with hot water, but towards the end of my stay (and I lived for 10 days), for some reason the pressure in the shower became low.

During the Spring Festival, hotels in Xi'an double, triple, or even quadruple their prices. Hi Inn Hotel is very conscientious. The hotel is just outside the Jianguomen city wall, very close to the Wenchangmen light show, and a few minutes away from the Hepingmen subway station. There is a bus stop near the entrance of the Shaanxi Daily, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioner. During the Spring Festival, the weather in Xi'an was warm. The air conditioner was not turned on in the room I stayed in. The outdoor units in other rooms were hung on the outer wall and made a buzzing sound.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and the city wall. Riding a bicycle to stroll around the city wall, especially the morning market, is still very down-to-earth. The hotel has been open for a long time. The exterior wall is a bit shabby, but the interior is still OK. The key is that the service staff is very friendly and responsive: 1. When I just entered the door, I almost missed the lobby reception because it was on the side. The service staff stood outside in the high temperature at noon, fearing that the guests would miss it and go the wrong way. 2. I bought a watermelon at the morning market, and when I was about to eat it, I forgot that I didn’t have a spoon. I sent a message to the front desk to try my luck, and it turned out that they immediately found me a takeaway four-in-one tableware. In summary, it was a pleasant hotel experience.
