The location is great, near the subway station in the center of the city. The room was good and clean enough in my opinion. The problem is that the hotel is not new, so there is not very convenient bath, you need to wait for a long time for hot water and also there is only one usable socket in the room. Also, no European sockets. Breakfast is fine, but could be better, not so much of a choice, but you definitely won’t stay hungry.

I enjoyed only one night in this hotel, but it was almost perfect. There was no problem at all.

Location of this hotel is good. The reception hall looks ok... I dislike to write an negative review. The hotel needs an makeover. The first room bathroom was leaking at the sink. The handyman was very helpful! The room was in such a bad shape we requested to relocate to another room. The front desk lady was unfortunately not helpful on the phone and mentioned the hotel was fully booked. We went downstairs and complained as its unacceptable the state of the given room. Unfortunately the second room wasnt much better. The hotel needs an makeover as its outdated, black mold, stinky carpet, broken tv you name it.... Trip.com was helpful by arranging the refund of remaining days and we relocated to another hotel.

The facilities are complete and considerate, including humidifiers, disposable toilet seats, bathtub seats, etc. The room is spacious and clean, and the service is thoughtful.

The facilities are old. There is no mobile phone charging socket. The mirror faces the bed. There is only one washing machine in the laundry room.

It is very friendly for tourists who need to go out early in the morning to sign up for a tour. Recently, because it is summer vacation, the hotel has received many students from the summer camp. I heard the children making noises in the middle of the night. When checking out, the front desk manager also gave a small gift of local specialties as an apology. The service awareness is very good

The room is quite big, clean and comfortable. The front desk and room service staff are enthusiastic and serious. It is a hundred times better than Zhiyuan and is worth recommending.

We booked a parent-child twin room. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was clean and delicious. My child and I were very satisfied. They also gave us a small gift.
