Mercure Hotel under Accor is not usually visited often. This time I took the high-speed rail in Xi'an and stayed at the Mercure Hotel near the high-speed rail station. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable, the underground parking lot was spacious and convenient, and the signs were clear. There were many elevators, so it would not cause congestion. It only took a few minutes to drive to the high-speed rail station. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also very bright. The key was that I brought a 13-year-old child with me, but I was not asked to pay extra. The staff provided warm service. Mengmeng at the front desk and an unknown staff member saw us closing the door to check out before we left, and reminded us that we could take the drinks in the refrigerator away. It was really good👍

The hotel room is clean, the front desk is friendly and the service is good! Seeing that I brought the elderly and children, they gave us a fruit plate when we checked in, and also provided free airport pick-up! As always, I like staying at Mercure! The room arranged by Mei Qian at the front desk is very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the service is very good and warm, the hygiene is very clean, and there is a free laundry room, which is very convenient , overall it’s great, I will choose them next time.
