The best hotel in Xian. Receptionist and staffs are helpful, very good and comfy room, close to metro Longshouyuan st, there is a mall next to the hotel. What else can you expect??? It's just the best !!!

Lets say hotel is nice but air conditioner is turned off at night making toom get hot in morning. Breakfast is ok but lack of some good.yogurt, the one served is extremely sweet Also just one coffee machine making queue

I liked the room very much, the location is pretty convenient, English speaking receptionist is very polite and helpful. First day I had a trouble with an AC but I told it to the reception and master came and solved it, also as an apology they treated me with a big and nice cup of coffee ☕️

The room is clean and comfortable. The overall experience is great. The store owner and Xiao Kui at the front desk have very good service attitudes. It is a great stay experience. I also received a small gift from the store when I left. It is great [strong]

Overall, it was a perfect stay experience. Regardless of the location, facilities, services, attention to detail, and cost-effectiveness, it was perfect. It is worth collecting and staying here again. The rest area at the entrance is comfortable. Coffee, hot water, cold water, black tea, and seasonal fruits are available in the lobby (please inform the front desk if necessary). There are four elevators and you can choose freely. Bedding, soft and hard pillows, comfortable bathroom, and shower gel There is also a light fragrance~ The gym is not big but the equipment feels relatively new. The breakfast is rich and unique and the service staff is warm and considerate. Xiao Kui at the front desk has a warm and worry-free service. My check-in and check-out are handled by him. The young man is very nice. . Overall perfect score, I will come again next time I go on a business trip!

Novotel Daming Palace is in a prime location. Metro Line 2 is just across the road, and transportation is convenient. Downstairs is the Impression City shopping mall, and there is a free parking lot. Whether you drive or take public transportation, you can easily reach the city center and major attractions, which brings great convenience to my travel. The front desk Xiao Ma's service is excellent, enthusiastic and efficient. He basically responds to every request and also gave me a thoughtful afternoon tea. I am very satisfied! The main reason is that the room price is affordable and the parking is free. In general, this stay left a very deep impression on me.
