Ramada Bell Tower Hotel Xi'an Reviews

Thanks a lot to Jesse who upgraded us to a better room and took time to make sure our stay was the best. The hotel is clean with everything needed and is very well located at the center of Xi'an. Would definitely go again!

Excellent service provided by Ms Zhang. She is very customer-service oriented, check in was speedy and felt very welcomed. Ms Zhang has a very cheerful personality, and gave complimentary buffet voucher to experience their inhouse breakfast spread which was delicious. Room is cozy and clean, loaction of hotel is excellent, within walking distance to Zhonglou metro station. I would give Ms Zhang 5star for her dedication and excellent customer service.

We stayed for three nights from 14-17 June 2024 and booked a family room. Room was clean and the children were delighted to find that it was decorated with cute stuff toys when we first arrived. The hotel buffet breakfast was of good variety, consisting of local and international food. Will definitely stay in Ramada Bell Tower again as the location was strategically located, very near to food places, transportation and shopping but not noisy. We were serviced by staff named 17, who was attentive and went out of his way to prepare for us packed breakfast when he found out we were checking out in the wee hours at 3.30am to catch our plane.

Amazing hospitality, from check-in/out to room service. Special mention to the Ms. Xing (manager) who ensured all our requests were met. Great location - close to all amenities and attractions. Clean rooms and unique layout. Hotel works together with one of the largest domestic tour group; most packages are worth the value. Skip the airport service though as it's disappointing, given the cost is similar to ride hailing.

Very nice hotel ! In the city center. Very well situated close to the bell and drum towers and metro stations. Miss 小木 received us at the reception. All the staff is very kind and professional. We had a very pleasant journey !

Rooms were dirty! Absence of maintenance in the equipment! People smoking thru the hotel corridors! Smoke smell in the whole hotel!! Breakfast very poor!

Very nice hotel. The location is not far from bell tower. The staff is very friendly. They have upgraded the room for us. If I come to Xian, I’ll stay at this hotel again

The breakfast was rated as Western but the options were poor. The rooms were clean and the location was okay but for the price it was disappointing. I chose this hotel for its high rating but the service was poor. The hotel bar was closed. The window in the room was broken. Staff were unhelpful however this may be due to the language barrier between both parties.

It is recommended to stay in Ramada Xi'an Bell Tower. Close to tourism spot, metro and also convinient store. My intention to drop baggage on early morning, but the receptionist allow me to check in because the room was ready. The room was also incredible and very comfortable. I will be back to stay here if I go to Xi'an again. Thanks.

Great stay and hulighly recomended.The hotel is located between two stations so very strategic. Yali helped us greatly during check out.

The hotel location is good and can easily take transportation to anywhere. Hotel is clean and we love the breakfast.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. We did not like the water saving shower head, which was uncomfortable to use. Miss Zhang was very professional and nice, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel!
