King Town No.1 Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower) Reviews

Good location, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower. The reception is at the 4th floor, you have to go there for check-in. Very various breakfast.

It's not a 5 star hotel but it was clean, the front desk spoke English and best of all the hotel is in the middle of every where. Walking distance to food streets, the bell tower, drum tower and Wild Goose Pagoda

The hotel is located strategically at Loumashi pedestrian street and Bell Tower. Muslim street is within walking distance through a pedestrian underpass. The metro is also close by. We are also pleased with the service of Hotel staff as well as housecleaning staff. They really did their best. The hotel also had free self-laundry machines which we totally loved. Overall, We enjoyed our stay here during our trip in Xi An.

It's a really convenient place. It is close to the metro station, close to the city landmarks and close to many restaurants. The facilities of the hotel are great. Everything is new and the room is fully equipped. I will recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Xian for some days!

A very nice hotel, just a bit old this the lower price for it. I think there was some black stuff in the bathroom in some places. But we loved our stay, a very spacious room, a nice and comfy bed and and we got an early chick in after our train!!

Our last 3 days stay at the hotel has been enjoyable. However we encountered an unpleasant experience in our first night stay as the hotel has cut off the air conditioning causing poor sleep due to hot temperatures in the room and current XI AN temperature is averagely at 34-37c. But we get a fast response from the front desk and hotel management by relocating us into new room with additional standing fans to cool down the room. Good job for the hotel to react fast and solving the issues. Meanwhile we also get help from front desk staff Wang Yi to order Mei Tuan due to some difficulties for foreigner to use the local food delivery apps. Keep up the good work to your staff. Location is superb and convenient to access to food street and bell tower

The hotel located in the great location nearby the Metro line 2 and line 6 you can get tio the man n attraction easily. the front desk woman was supportive qhen we were late check in as the flight arrived late night The room was clean nd well fernited. Recommended for all who visited ng Xi'an.

Very good central location, clean room. Nothing missing, just a bit noisy until late night to the street.

They haven’t replied to our messages asking for a non-smoking room. They can’t speak English and they haven’t provided any numbers or email contact except for the main hotel number: I had to ask to another hotel to call them to communicate the arrival time.  Even if we asked for a non-smoking room, they assigned for smokers one: when we arrived (2 a.m.) we needed to ask for another one.

Great stay. Hotel was difficult to.find as nobody spoke english. It was close to centre and bell Tower. Rooms were comfortable so an enjoyable stsu. .

Very good location. A bit loud from the street. Friendly staff with google translate app haha. Very good breakfast ( veggie & western options). Furniture is a bit out of age but still fine. Can recommend

We believe this hotel need massive Makeover To reach to the hotel, please exit from Zhonglou station- exit 4 or 5 Foodwise , please try the Biangbiang noodle and chicken wanton soup at L1 , highly recommended. In addition, the price is good Overall, our stay was ok except hope the hotel could improve to enforce no smoking in room. We had a night without warmer on and need to open the tiny window in room to “survive” thru the night. The power of the cigarette smell lingering in room was unbearable.

Hotel is in a great location. It has good amenities, pretty good service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. One of the employees named Niehongyan 聂红燕 was very helpful when I had issues using the dryer. The dryer still doesn’t work properly and the hotel should look into fixing that. Also, there are no signs outside the hotel to tell you it’s a hotel. Overall, it’s a very good hotel for a great price.

Very good, in particular the attention of the receptionist who helped us ordering some Didis.
