Best Hotel in china
We got help with the bocking of the hua shan.
We were able to check out late with no problem.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff helped us book travel to and from attractions. It's kept clean and breakfast had a vast variety of foods to choose from.

One of my favourite hotels in many years. Location was perfect and the room very well equipped modern and extremely comfortable. Robes, teas, toiletries and lighting effects all commensurate with a high quality hotel. The reception area is lovely with delicious free teas and a coffee machine.
What set this hotel apart however was the staff- they bent over backwards to help us at every turn. Answering every request and question promptly and efficiently and going over and above in terms of service.
I would return in a heartbeat!!!

I check in the hotel at 13:00(06/Nov/23),Ms Sūn(?)at front desk was so friendly and very helpful. She help me make a phone call to courier and received my delivery.
The room was comfortable and very very very clean. particularly for a mid town hotel,hotel is right on the edge of "Bell Tower" on Xi An.I loved the convenience of this location.
Best reason to stay here is lots of nice place to visit nd enjoy,who like shopping,local dishes, food stalls,night club(there is many options there)
...all within walking distance
everthing was perfect, nothing bad at all to say nd I hope to stay here again.
All staff r extremely helpful, efficient, nd friendly
highly recommend this hotel. 也謝謝房務王大姊。

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited as a family of four and hotel was fine with us booking a room with two double beds meant for three adults. Room was spacious, clean and well served with amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was well managed and clean. Reception staff helpful and quick to serve. Reception also had refreshments. Breakfast had a full range of Asian and western food in buffet style, lots to choose from. Location is great for seeing the city and very close to the wall, towers etc.

This Hotel is just PERFECT!!! It was the best stay I ever had in a hotel. 10/10 for service, cleanliness, amenities, location...everything was outstanding! Thank you Crystal Hotel for making my stay in Xi'an comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning on going to Xi'an. The location is close to the scenic areas and the staff help me to arrange a car to take me to the Terra-Cotta Warriors and to pick me up and drop-off at the airport. They do attend to all your needs and are very helpful, the rooms are big ans clean the bed is comfortable and the view on the balcony is impeccable. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

The hotel is strategically located at the south gate of the Xi'an city wall. It is convenient to go up and down the wall and close to the Forest of Steles Museum. The area nearby is very lively. I booked a room with a balcony and went out at night to enjoy the breeze and the night view of the city wall. It was a great experience.

When choosing a hotel, I mainly considered that I could see the unique ancient buildings in Xi'an and was convenient to experience the surrounding market culture. The transportation was also relatively close to the Bell Tower. The room I booked looked out to the Xi'an City Wall, which was super close to the city wall. I could see different city towers in the early morning and at night. The charm of the ancient city is really special, and it makes people feel a strong historical heritage.
