Very bad service and old hotel

Really good service, Cindy, a cute reception lady she explained to me very patiently and dealt with late check-in and late check-out. Also, room was pretty with lake view. Lovely experience will do it again. Thanks Cindy as well.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel a few times. It is always a pleasure! A lot of staff speaks English, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The service at Hyatt Regency Xi'an was first class and made me feel very comfortable. Special mention to Ethan who was very friendly at check-in and handled all our needs quickly. The room was large with a great view and the bed was very comfortable. Wendy was also very welcoming and surprised us with a welcome gift.
