Good location, near Bell tower, young environment, clean room and helpful staff (English)

Close to the metro. The rooms are big enough, so you don't feel too squeezed with so many beds. Good service, good quality. Definitely I would come back!

Great stay. English widely used here and easy for foreigners to intermingle with Chinese guests and staff. Also super clean and central to all the good stuff in Xian.

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

Just wonderful, very luxurious place especially for that Price. The staff people are so kind and funny, a few speaks really good english and the place is very foreigner friendly. There are activities that are organised (we got to make dumplings!). I met so many wonderful people and had an Amazing Time, the location is perfect to visit and eat nearby, it's clean and the beds are really comfy. Magnetic lockers Can be find in the room. Very safe as a solo woman traveller. Definitly the best hostel I ever stayed at, lively and perfect to create awesome memories.

The location is near the bell tower in the center of the city; it is easy to commute with the metro to Zhonglou station (100 meters); the room and toilet are clean. I strongly recommend.

Cloudy and Thomas (both are girls) and other staff are very helpful. They helped me figure out about the next destination, connect with train station and book museum ticket. My Mandarin is poor so I really appreciate their help. The hostel is the best. One thing I would ask for is, the hostel to educate local guests to properly use the western toilets 😅. Not sure how these girls managed to spray the walls, Maybe housekeepers need to be trained more on how kto clean the bathroom properly to eliminate ordor and stains on the toilet and bathroom walls? Othersie, superb stay, clean and comfortable bed and room. I continued to stay at Desti in Chengdu. Missing these hostels already. :)

Located in the heart of Xian city, this spacious hostel has so much to accommodate travellers: starting with cheap and convenient laundry service to life music performances in the evenings. They also provide a bath towel, pair of slippers, bottle of water. You also can refill your bottle for free (both hot and cold drinking water are available). There are the shampoo and shower gel in the shower. And I think, special thank you should go for the stuff of this place: they are all very friendly and helpful. Do would highly recommend this hostel!:)

Very nice hostel, great facilities and everyone is very friendly and the staff speak good English. Very close to the Bell Tower

The bathroom and the meeting hall not very clean. The hall way and the shared room have bad smell. The bathroom also not as clean as expected. 50m from train station and easy walk to Bell tower and ancient city wall. Very convenient location

You can't beat the location. It's right next to Zhonlou station. You can see the Bell Tower from the common area window. Muslim Quarter is across the street. It's a large hostel occupying two floors in a big building. At the subway station, exit either C or D and find the building with lots of phone stores, including Huawei. After entering, turn left and take the elevator to the 3rd floor reception. They have cleaners working day and night. Free filtered water. Towels provided. Common showers have hot water, shampoo and shower gel. Never a problem finding available shower or toilet. They provide slippers to use in sleeping rooms and each guest has his/her own cabinet for dirty outside shoes. Inside the rooms you use your card to lock and unlock your own secure small storage area. Each bed has privacy curtain, electrical socket, and places to hang stuff.
