We got the triple room. It was large and spacious. The hotel is new and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is super convenient. Train station is right downstairs. Plenty of food and shopping around and close to bell and drum tower. Highly recommend to all.

Love the Orange Hotel.. From the first moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a pleasant aroma of oranges. Front desk staff were A+ super friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Cleaning staff were cheery and helpful. Really nice complimentary orange tea in the room with 4 bottles of drinking water.
Location was awesome - lots of see and do in the lively square. Steps away from the subway line 2 and the Bell Tower.
I will definitely stay here again!

Nobody willing to help with luggages, no parking. Refrigerator broken, told the receptionist about it but they did nothing. Air con did not work. Definitely not coming back

A great hotel with a very convenient location to many attractions. Close to the metro station.The room was quiet, cleaned clean every day, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied.

We loved it! The room was very clean, the location was great, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. They booked us a tour to see the Xi'an warriors and everything was great. I recommend it!

The hotel is in a good location, in Luomashi Pedestrian Street, very close to the clock tower, and you can see it when you come out of Exit F of Metro Line 2.
The tea bags provided by the hotel are too bad, which are the oldest disposable paper tea bags. Other Orange Hotels provide drip coffee and vacuum tea bags. Other facilities are OK, and there is a small refrigerator, which is very convenient.
There are shops downstairs, which is a bit noisy, and it is not very friendly for light sleepers.
One thing I don’t understand is that the price of the hotel is too unstable. I can understand the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays, but why is it crazy on Thursdays? I booked 371, and the original room was renewed at 462, but I can’t afford it.
