Nice hotel and gentle staff

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

Confortable, cozy and nice de orated small hotel

. Man Xin Changanli Hotel Xi'an Bell tower was a gorgeous and modern hotel. The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more "natural" and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great location, directly located at the city wall. lots of nice bars around in this area. Clean and good equipped rooms.

Incredible position, inside the City Wall, close to the South Gate and walking distance from the Great Mosque. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast very good and complete. Definitely recommended!!!

I went out with my friends and stayed for two nights. I felt very good in all aspects. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, location, room size, layout and bedding. I would recommend it to my friends. The service was also very good.

I always choose this hotel. The Chinese service is very nice. The surrounding facilities are also very rich. It is very convenient for eating, traveling and going out. The subway is not far away. There are also many small bars around at night. This may be the reason why I always choose this hotel. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the front desk butler Xiao Zhang. He was warm and thoughtful, always smiling, patiently answering questions, and introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail. Check-in was efficient and fast. After check-in, he took the initiative to care about needs and provided items in a timely manner. His professionalism and dedication are admirable, and he truly puts the guests at the center. With excellent employees like Xiao Zhang, I believe this hotel will become more and more popular.

The hotel has complete facilities, the front desk butler Xiao Zhang is enthusiastic, and the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. I really recommend staying here. Every time I stay in a hotel on a business trip, I rarely stay in such a satisfactory hotel. I will recommend friends to come here

Environment: Hidden away in the city, next to the city wall, with a large terrace on the fourth floor with a great view Service: The Hanfu lady is warm and gentle, the breakfast is full of variety and the style is in place Facilities: The room is decorated with both smart and traditional styles

The hotel upgraded the suite for free. The overall experience was very good. It was very clean every day and it was very convenient to go anywhere. There were many interesting shops nearby, which were suitable for Citywalk and drinks.
