The hotel was clean and quiet overall it was good

Giant rooms and nice area

I spent several thousand RMB (check-in on September 10, 2024 - check-out on September 15, 2024) and booked a business room which was just like a normal room. The room number I checked in was 2516. It was not cleaned properly. The floor was not cleaned properly on the first day of check-in. The toilet smelled and they only put things in order but did not mop the floor. I complained to the front desk and someone cleaned it. I told the carpet to be cleaned several times but every time I went out shopping and came back, the hotel was still very dirty. There were mosquitoes and the refrigerator was broken. I couldn't even refrigerate anything. I was very disappointed 😅 They said it was renovated, but I didn't feel it. I always stay in business rooms when I travel abroad. This one disappointed me so much. I don't know whether the cleaning staff listened to the front desk and cleaned on time, and the front of the door was also very dirty and not cleaned at all. I have stayed in many business rooms and there will be a professional to check before I can check in, but there is no professional to check here😅Almost all the hotels I stayed in had someone check before I checked in to make sure it was cleaned up before I could stay. On the 14th, I checked out early and wrote valuable suggestions to the front desk💁🏻♂️. They told me that they would show it to the manager, but I don't know😂Will they really show it to the manager? I feel that our opinions should be taken carelessly. (I want to say that if you really don't treat business rooms as customers, don't rent any business rooms) If the manager reads my message, I hope you will give me a satisfactory answer, don't just answer that we will improve and hope you will check in next time, etc.😅

The facilities in the room are relatively complete, and the environment of the room is still very good, especially the bedding. My family is satisfied.
