The staff was friendly and the rooms were in fact quite big. The location is excellent, inside the city walls. But... this hotel needs restoration. The room was old, broken and several things which should have been repaired long ago, were still in place, with curious "solutions" that made things worse. For example, the water of the shower couldn't evacuate propertly, so the hotel decided to make a hole in the wall so that the shower wouldn't become a swimming pool. The result? A permanent stink of humidity inside the room. This hotel could be a great option, but needs investment.

The hotel is right outside the subway station A, and the main entrance is right outside. The location is great, and it is very convenient to go to scenic spots, such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Bell Tower. The lady at the front desk is also very warm and thoughtful. I had a very satisfactory stay experience, and I recommend it! !

The surrounding environment is good, close to the subway entrance, upstairs, no lobby, hard to find. The sanitation is relatively clean, the internal facilities of the house are very poor, the shower door is rotten and almost fell off. When I woke up, there was a big bug, which was equivalent to sleeping with the bug all night. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

The smell of mold was overwhelming as soon as we entered the room. There was garbage on the floor, thick dust everywhere, spider webs next to the closet light, moldy air conditioner vents (shocking!), moldy fabric sofas, clogged wash basins, and a big shower head but no shower head... The elevator broke down after we went out! Super bad hotel! If I hadn't booked it online, I would have definitely refunded it! Rubbish!

I took my kids to Xi'an and stayed in a good hotel. It was very good value for money. The room was quite large and the service attitude of the store was also good. It is worth recommending to everyone!

Although there were many negative reviews, I thought that the things in the first half of 2023 should be rectified, so I booked this hotel. Then, because of the twists and turns between the original hotel and this hotel, and because I was a little tired running around in the hospital, I arrived at Meilun Xinmei Hotel at about 12 o'clock. After checking in, I packed up and rested! ‼ ️‼ ️Highlights: I took another pillow from the closet and lay on the bed. The pillow in the closet smelled of dust, so I threw it aside and used the original short pillow on the bed. As soon as I covered myself with the quilt, something got into my eyes. I immediately rinsed it with water and went back to sleep. The first picture was taken at 7:43 pm on the 25th. My eyes were already uncomfortable and bloodshot. The second picture was taken at dawn on the 27th. My eyes hurt as long as I closed them. I couldn't touch them with my hands. They hurt so much. Secondly, the bathtub was covered with dust, and the towels smelled of dust. There were two white cups with lids. One had hair inside, and the other had unfinished water.
