The service and facilities of the hotel are great! Location is great for visiting 兵馬俑and 華清池 。 The kids just love the outdoor onsen and in-room onsen pool.

This place was absolutely fantastic, location was within Huaqing palace, beautiful old architecture, the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of both Chinese & Western food to suit everyone. Guests can enjoy the beautiful hot pools every night. The only downside was that the palace has an outdoor show several times a night and the sound is quite loud, we had to wear ear plugs to fall asleep. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The Chinese brand hotel is not good for foreigners, because they can’t speak English and they don’t give you good service like international hotels. At first they used google translate to talk with me, at second the price isn’t fair with services

The loft family room is large and comfortable. You can soak in the hot spring in the room, but it is better to go to the public hot spring in the hotel. Fruit drinks are also provided free of charge. There are not many types of breakfast, especially fewer Western-style things, but there are more Xi'an-style things, which taste good and are generous. You can eat boiled prawns and braised beef as you like. Overall, it is highly recommended. A little disadvantage is that because it is close to the Song of Everlasting Regret, there will be noise, so it will be affected if you go to bed very early. In addition, it is recommended to add a curtain to the hot spring area in the room, which can be separated from other areas if necessary. It is sometimes not so convenient for a family.

A very satisfying stay. The hot springs are great, especially the included costume photos, which added to the memories of the trip. At night, the lady held a lantern to watch Song of Everlasting Sorrow, which was also a special treat and worth the price.

During our trip to Xi’an, we stayed at Huaqing Yutang Hotel. The hotel has unlimited shuttle buses to and from Huaqing Palace Park. Visit Huaqing Palace in the morning. It felt very good to take a bath in the outdoor hot spring pool in the afternoon and enjoy free fruits and drinks. Special praise should be given to the staff of Zhang Shuai and Wei Guihua Hotel for being very serious and responsible. They were warm, friendly, accompanied and taken care of by them. Dinner was at Yushanyuan. The dishes were rich and I was very satisfied. For guests staying in the hotel, service charges are waived.
