入住的房間很乾凈！園景大床房視野不錯，房間設施齊全，酒店大廳的金剛鸚鵡令孩子們很興奮。工作人員熱情，特別是前台茹娟利服務意識很強，主動為我們提供雨傘使我們的行程很順利，酒店位置距離秦嶺野生動物園很近很方便，如果酒店提供擺渡車接送服務那就更完美了！總體而言這是一次很好的入住體驗，下次還會入住森林主題房間。

房間很好，也很大，帶着孩子參與了6月1日的夜探動物園，雖然下着雨，但孩子很開心，美中不足的是浴池的水有點黃，水質不是很好，瑕不掩瑜。
