I was staying in the hotel one night, and was satisfied with location and environment. Friendly staff, they don't speak English but they was ready to find ways how to communicate, they tried to help as much as they can. I was supposed how big my room was, everything was clean and looked nice. The view from my room was directly to the city wall and it looked nice at night time. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the quality of coffee. In my next trip to Xian, I would like to stay at this hotel.

My first time to Xi'An, and the hotel was in an amazing location. Right across the street from the south side of the City walls, and a literal 2 minute walk from the metro station exit A. Room was amazingly big, and heating was great. I personally prefer cooler weather so I just turned off the heater and opened the window to sleep. Thanks to 小秦 for accommodating my late check out since my flight out was late at night. 10/10 would come back here if I was coming to Xi'an.

We are a bit disappointed. The reviews showed a very good hotel. But we didn’t find it as good as in the reviews. Pro - room spacious - service good/okay Negative - shower not perfectly cleaned limescale deposits, bathtub overflow damaged. - a dirty furniture - loud refrigerator - thin walls inside. Every door closure you hear perfectly… We didn’t complained because we only stayed for sleeping.

The Platinum Wan'ao Victory Hotel is located at Exit A of Xi'an Metro Line 4, which is extremely convenient. It was a great choice to start the ancient city tour from here.
