這家酒店的地理位置非常的好，離景點和地鐵站都非常近，環境非常優美，設施非常的完善，5樓有健身房和洗房，前台服務人員服務態度非常熱情，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，前台有糖果和機器人，非常值得入住。

訂單顯示60平米，進去比平時住的標間（30-45平米）都擠，擠也能接受，最讓我接受不了的是衞生問題：1、米灰色沙發邊上一圈全是黑色，大的污點更不用説；2、毛巾都爛出毛邊了，頁面顯示是21年開業的，難道三年都沒有換過嗎？3、鏡子更是臟的污點；4、熱水壺是換的，蓋都開不了。5、服務態度極差，上述問題我反應給前台，首先説不知道維修師傅在不在，不在熱水壺沒辦法修；沙發等衞生問題衹是電話上面一直強調打掃衞生大姐清理過了，遲遲不能處理，最後告訴我鋪條浴巾吧！西安住過最差酒店！最差酒店！不和星級比，我估計還不如全季吧！衞生間牆皮都快掉下來了！聽缺，避坑！！！
