作為全球僅有的五家索菲特傳奇酒店，西安這家有點差強人意，環境不錯，服務跟不上，送個東西非常慢，很多外國人，但是無論客房還是餐廳還是下午茶酒廊，沒有一個服務員可以講流利的英語，早餐墊上竟然有捲曲毛髮，反饋給管家，並無處理。

房間乾淨整潔，服務貼心到位。但是早餐確實有待加強。

酒店附近交通出行非常方便，有五路口站，大差市站。酒店環境怡人，安靜。酒店工作人員熱心負責，抵達後就有工作人員幫忙搬運行李並送至房間，負責接待的張管家耐心回答我們各種問題，還給我們升級了房間，並且將我們送到客房，餐廳、大堂等工作人員都非常細心熱情。房間寬敞明亮，房間內設施非常齊全，而且乾淨整潔。下次來還會選這裏！

I saw a car parked in front of the hotel. As soon as the guests got out of the car, a cheerful young man suddenly rushed out of the hotel and ran down the steps to help the guests. Carrying a suitcase, he was very enthusiastic and had a sincere smile. I walked in with him and saw that there was no leader to supervise his work. I felt that it was really rare to see such a kid who was willing to work hard, so I looked at his name tag: Liu Haoyuan. The next day we went out to see the Ming Dynasty City Wall that Frank mentioned, and met Liu Haoyuan again. When he saw us coming downstairs, he quickly opened the door for us, with a sunny face🥰 On the third day, we checked out, stored our luggage, and went out for a walk. When we came back, Frank, who had been working for 11 consecutive days, finally came home from get off work. We went to 1953 to have afternoon tea and wait for the car to pick us up. When the car arrived, the lovely Liu Haoyuan pushed the luggage trolley and put our heavy luggage on the car. He smiled shyly and said he hoped to see you next time. During this trip, only the Sofitel Legend Hotel made me feel particularly comfortable and comfortable, and everything was good.
