Hotels near Northwest International Tea City, Xi'an

I was a disappointment to see that they had a pool in the pictures but did not actually have one. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel did look like it is a bit outdated and falling apart. The hallways smelled of cigarettes. I think this is because of parties that were happening downstairs. Overall I did enjoy my stay because of how the staff took care of us.

I went to Xijing Hospital for a checkup and booked the room. The room was old and the carpet smelled, but they prepared milk and bread, which was very considerate. I booked for two nights. The first night, the room was opened to the elevator entrance. It was on a low floor. There was a platform outside the window. There were a lot of sundries, poor light, dampness, and mosquitoes. I felt super unsafe living alone. I didn't sleep much that night. I was still very scared after listening to the elevator noise all night. I got up early the next morning to change rooms. The front desk was very good. I only had three requirements: good lighting, high floor (for safety), and far away from the elevator entrance. This time they gave me a good room and I lived very comfortably. Unfortunately, I wanted to drink milk in the morning, but there was none in this room. I asked the room sir for it and she said there was none. I said I had drunk it yesterday, and she said there was none anyway. I didn't dare to ask any more. I don't know what the situation is. It's not a matter of how much money you have, but two different environments in two days makes people very depressed.

The environment is very good, the room is very exquisite, and it is very close to the subway entrance. Contacting customer service was also resolved in a timely manner. There was a short-haired hotel customer service lady who was very nice and helped us adjust the TV at night. Overall it was pretty good.

I chose this hotel by chance after seeing high reviews. The location is good, the surrounding area is very prosperous, and the hotel environment is very good. Xiao Huo at the front desk was very helpful in helping me with the room. He was also very attentive and proactive in helping me collect my luggage. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the hotel has complete facilities. , the room is clean and tidy, very welcoming, the stay is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, there are many varieties, I think it is very cost-effective, and there are some special snacks from Shaanxi. Every hotel staff is very welcoming, making people feel very comfortable, and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! I am very satisfied with my stay and will continue to visit next time I travel.

Overall, my stay in the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was quite big & well ventilated since there’re big glass windows. The bed was comfortable and has clean sheets plus fluffy pillows. The hotel also provides complete amenities but there’s a huge problem with the carpets inside the room. I doubt the housekeeping staffs ever vacuumed the carpets. On my first day arrive at the hotel I found the room has terrible heavy cigarette smell and ashes were scattered everywhere all around the room.

Good location, very close to the subway line 6 entrance, and the University of Science and Technology is just opposite... There are many food options on the street next to it. The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! I loved the shower room, too! 🚿 I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again next time!✌️100% recommended 🎊🎈🤩🤩

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk). The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay. The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip. The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day. Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available. In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide. Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.
