Hotels near Shaanxi Art Museum, Xi'an

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center. It is very convenient to go to Huimin Street or the city wall. Opposite the hotel is the Luomashi Pedestrian Street, where there are many local snacks, which is absolutely good. The hygiene and service are also very good, the breakfast is also delicious, and there is a free laundry room, which is very convenient. I was in a hurry when I left, and I left my charger at the hotel. I called me as soon as I got on the highway, and the hotel sent it to my home for free. We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights! While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us. We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile! Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

Nice & very clean hotel ,comfortable bed and staff very helpful even They can't speak English so our communication was a bit lost sometimes. house keeper are very nice she even hang all care products /new water etc at the door room when you don't want a room cleaning . the hotel located in very center of all attractions,will definitely going back to stay here again if I visit Xi'an

I have stayed two hotel in Xi an this trip, however the other hotel I stayed is newer, but I still recommended to stay this hotel as the location of the hotel really win. It’s very convenient, the metro station is very near, downstair of the hotel is all the shops and eatery, even u go to the bell and drum tower or Muslim quarter, it’s just walking distance to go back to the hotel. Cons is there’s no fridge for the room , abit strange although I booked a family room, the toilet wall is made from glasses and look through abit (just abit skin colour) if u look from outside the toilet. Overall, the location of the hotel is fascinating.

Great stay. English widely used here and easy for foreigners to intermingle with Chinese guests and staff. Also super clean and central to all the good stuff in Xian.

We had an extremely comfortable 2 nights stay here. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby and had drinks in the room fridge too. Staff was pleasant and friendly enough and breakfast was adequate, with only Chinese options. Their pillows and bed was the most comfortable one during our China trip. Location is about 10 mins walk from Bell Tower/ Muslim Quarters, not the most ideal when walking in the XiAn heat.

The hotel's service was impressive. I left my belongings in the lobby in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon, the owner had already arranged for them to be delivered to my room. After a day of shopping, I was very tired and the owner enthusiastically gave us a few bottles of iced sour plum soup. The room was fully equipped with electric toilets and TVs, which were all new. It was great [smile]

The hotel is fine, but the pictures are way too flattering. All in all it is clean but decadent, flakey walls and broken things (like the shower nozzle or the shower door). It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess, and our stay wasn't unpleasant. Clean sheets and very kind staff, free laundry service help having a good memory, but the noisy street and the view on a narrow alleyway in front of a tall building don't.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a window facing the street. Some street noise but not a problem at all for us. We didn't need the room to be cleaned daily and the cleaner checked in with us often in case we needed any extra like new towels and stuff. The location is a little further out from the Bell Tower also not a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk and the Metro Stop is really close by. If you intend to walk on Xi'An Ancient Wall. It's also right around the corner. you will start from the West Gate Tower Gate. Overall, we are very happy. Oh, extra points for the free laundry/dryer. Super helpful as we are on the road for a month. Staff were really friendly.

The facilities are OK, after all, the price is here, this configuration is barely enough, but the TV can't watch and there is no network.
