Hotels near Xinheng Shopping Mall, Xi'an

The house is very well decorated and new. This price is very cost-effective in the surrounding area. Moreover, I have been here for so many days and have stayed nearby so many times. Their house is formal. I can't say that there is no problem with hygiene, but they handle it in a timely manner. As for breakfast, it is basically the same in this city. At this price, except for their house, I have not met any other place with breakfast. I need a refrigerator, and Jingdong will deliver it to my door in an hour. My God! ! ! It is new. I can only say that I feel that the boss is really attentive. From this point, it can be seen that the rooms are the accumulation of suggestions from generations of residents. I originally had a bad impression of Xi'an hotels to the bottom, but their house pulled it back for me. It's really great 👍. I always go down to chat after staying for a few days. How should I put it? I hope that the guests in the future will understand and understand. Don't bully others with the mentality that I have spent money. I drove away a guest in his house.

We had a lovely time in Xi’an, the hotel although a bit hard to find at first was great. The entrance was impressive and the whole hotel has their own theme throughout. The staff at reception were very nice and helped us check in just a bit before the official time stated online. The hotel is secure and to be able to take the elevator up to the rooms you need to swipe your room card. There are multiple amenities inside as well for example the fifth floor had a laundry area and a bistro / bar next to reception. The rooms were nicely organised, the beds were comfortable and we even managed to watch a few movies on the TV alongside with the news and documentaries. There’s a shopping area nearby where one can get food and other necessities, there’s 2 subway lines nearby but you would still need to walk a bit to access those. During check out we received some gifts as well and overall we received a pleasant service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights! While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us. We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile! Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

Wonderful accommodation with great attention to detail. Everything has been thought through. The cleanliness is remarkable and the staff very attentive and helpful. Service is extremely generous! The guest is the full focus and satisfaction is definitely a given here. The rooms are beautifully furnished and everything you need can be found. You have to see and use the roof terrace! The tea rooms are also full of attention to detail! I can wholeheartedly recommend it. 100/10 ❤️

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk). The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay. The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip. The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day. Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available. In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide. Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.

A great stay! The host is really kind and speaks great English. She checked in with us every day and sent food recommendations as well as helpful info for the different attractions. She even did some laundry for us and looked up a place we could shop for some camera gear (our had broke). The location is inside the walls but away from the centre - this was quite nice because it was peaceful, and yet there’s lots of food and great restaurants along the south wall so you can dodge the traffic of taking a Didi through the centre. The subway is also maybe ~10min walk. Great Muslim food, a brewery, and fresh noodles within 10min walk. The accommodation itself is clean and feels new! Really enjoyed this stay!

Located near to CityWall. For those who wish to stay near to the CityWall, I recommend you stay at this hotel. There are a garden near the city wall and at night there are pubs and live music across the wall. You can visit their morning market near the wall. There are some restaurants near the hotel and you explore behind the hotel, there is a restaurant that serve barbecue meat and local food

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible! Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed! We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal). The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet. This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing) Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem) We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

This is a clean, comfortable, hotel. It is located within terminal 3 of Xian Xianyang International Airport, so it is very convenient to check into flights.
