We were upgraded when we checked in, but when we took a shower, we found that the bathroom was leaking into the bedroom. The front desk that night was very responsible and saw that there was no solution, so they arranged the best suite for us and helped us carry our luggage. I would like to especially praise the staff on duty that night 👩💼

The hotel is quite remarkable. It's a ten-minute walk to the station and an eight-minute walk to Labrang Monastery. The hotel is probably the best on that street. It's more convenient and the staff is friendly. The room is very big and the sanitary conditions are OK. Overall it's great. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiahe.

Facilities: A newly opened hotel in 2024, with very new facilities and a small refrigerator. There is floor heating, the toilet is a smart toilet, the room is relatively large, the bathroom and bathroom are separated, and the bathroom space is very large. The interior decoration paintings are tastefully chosen.
Hygiene: Very clean, bedding, towels and bath towels are very new
Service: I came back to the front desk in the evening and asked for dental floss. The front desk helped get it and also brought a small yogurt.
The overall stay experience is relatively good. It is quite comfortable to stay in a newly opened hotel. One room was upgraded to an executive standard room.
The only thing is that the front desk is on the second floor. You need to go up the stairs to the second floor. There are not many rooms. It is recommended to book an executive standard room. The room is large and comfortable.
It is very close to Labrang Monastery, a 3-minute walk.

我先要對攜程旅行網的糊弄人而感到很失望，訂了幾次貌似高品質的酒店，價格也是格外的高標準，但是都是各種讓人不可思議，老闆是絕對的優秀，長得漂亮也很熱情周到，房間挺大一個衞生間，可以住4個人以上，14度的天氣晚上一點也不冷，也有咖啡可以點，真的挺棒的，床品應該是天天換的，洗澡水很熱很舒服，下水道要是特別流程就更好了

Self-driving Gannan trip, I booked the Overseas Chinese Hotel near Labrang Monastery. Unexpectedly, I was right outside Labrang Monastery. The room was clean and sanitary, and there was a large parking lot. The waiter also enthusiastically helped carry the suitcase to the third floor. There is a business at the door. The street is very prosperous, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. This is the most satisfying hotel in this trip to Gannan. I must give it a big thumbs up.

The room is clean, but the ordinary room is a bit small and the price is not cheap. Later I thought about upgrading to a suite, which is very big and convenient for bringing children. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing delicious, very simple. Parking is at the tourist center opposite, which costs 27 yuan. It is very close to Labrang Monastery on foot.

期待更多的客人也能入住這麼舒適的家庭式酒店，酒店內設施齊全，環境舒適，視野開闊，而且酒店內還有民族獨特的服裝類手工紡織品，可以在導購的推薦下挑選適合自己的。這邊距離夏河機場很近，衹有十分鐘的車程，而且距離拉卜楞寺和合作市等周邊市區也很近。晚上可以住在這邊，白天前往附近景區遊玩兒都很方便，真的是個不錯的選擇哦！他們家還經營着一家林卡也在附近，走路五分鐘就能到，也可以到那邊用餐，環境特別好，食物也很美味，可以品嚐當地特色的美食。

GGuest UserThe heating is very hot, the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the boy is also very helpful. He actively ran around to solve the problem if the door could not be opened. Our group initially booked 5 standard rooms, and later upgraded to 4 Kang rooms and 2 after arriving. In the standard room, the hot water for washing is heated by a water heater. Because of the off-season, it is not turned on all day long. Guests need to press it to turn on the water to boil water. Some people do not know how to turn it on, so the hotel needs to remind guests about this. The overall ******* style , very unique, and in the off-season, the hotel is not open for a long time, and there is no breakfast. However, the rest is great. You can see the mountains and the sun when you open the curtains in the morning.

RRyland JamesOur stay here was lovely, with kind staff. We are Australian and our check-in was easy. However, please note that the name of the hotel name is “Samphel Dhondup Hotel”, and it is located near the southern corner of 腾志路, Tengzhi Road, near the Monastery Ticket Centre and the river. This was confusing upon arrival.
The heated floors were extremely hot, and not able to be turned off. Our room was a sauna, despite being -4°c outside (we had our window open the whole time). Hopefully this can be fixed. Breakfast was small but we were here during the offseason.

Although the room is not big, the layout and decoration inside and outside are good.
The toilet cover provided is very good. There are not many inns that can think of and do this.
The big brother at the front desk can also provide reasonable travel suggestions.
The only drawback was that the cleaning was not done well. A dead fly was found in an obvious place on the bathroom floor on the first day, and it was not cleaned up when the room was being cleaned the next day.
This is the only regret.

GGuest UserThe room was basically satisfactory, but due to local policy, there were no disposable washing utensils, so I had to ask the boss for them separately. The upper drainage of the room I stayed in was broken, which caused a bad smell in the room. If other rooms were in good condition, they would be good. Maybe I was unlucky. There was no dedicated parking space, so I had to ask the boss to go out and coordinate, but I could still park. There are many local specialty restaurants nearby, and it is very close to Labrang Monastery, 700+ meters away.
