説實話，小縣城確實沒辦法和大城市的酒店相比。環境、衞生、設施、服務都有待提高。想去三樓餐廳吃飯，前台兩個女人，一個在吃東西，一個拿出iPad讓我點菜，這種服務意識讓我瞬間就不想吃了。客房衞生勉強還行，衞生間馬桶捲紙架安裝的時候自己不試一下嗎？化粧鏡的位置安裝也不對。洗澡時水温不行。
服務4分是給前台小姐姐的，熱情周到，值得表揚。
