Very satisfied. The hotel lobby is spacious and can be used for business negotiations and meetings. There is also a business center, which is very good. The front desk receptionists Xiao Lan, Hani, and Zhao Chenxi provided warm and thoughtful service. The room arrangement was satisfactory, and the layout was what we liked. The room software was very good, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, the sofa and desk had a good texture, the bedding was comfortable, the air conditioning temperature was suitable, the shower was very good, especially the pulse mode of the shower head, and the shower supplies used were the Petrov brand. The shampoo experience was very good, and there was also a matching skin care lotion after washing. It was not greasy and smelled good. It felt like a self-service spa. The robot was very convenient 😊 The breakfast was very good, with many categories, both Chinese and Western food, to meet the dining needs of different groups of people, and there was also Xiamen's special Shacha noodles, which was very satisfying. I stayed here on May 25th. The staff at front desk is really fast and helpful. The view inside the hotel, which is also restaurant for breakfast, is so nice. The food is good. Many local foods around the hotel, very convenient. Very near the airport too.

As soon as I entered the door, the staff greeted me warmly, which was a good feeling. Check-in was done quickly using the self-service machine. What surprised me most was the breakfast. I didn't expect that the breakfast variety at this price could be so rich. I ordered a bowl of rice noodles at the open counter, which was cooked by a very tall chef. It looked ordinary but tasted quite good. When I was almost done eating, the chef came to ask about my dining experience. After communicating with him, I found out that he was the head chef. He was very kind and enthusiastic, and his cooking skills were great. A big thumbs up!
