I came from train station by BRT and changed to short taxi distance. but on the way back. hotel don't get taxi to brt station . send me direct to train station. as I don't speak Chinese . another word hotel cannot communicate English well.

Very convenient to move around as it is just beside a metro station. Easy to find restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel. Price of room including breakfast is reasonable. Breakfast is good. One draw back was that the TV set in the room was malfunction - unable to connect to any channel (no signal).

This hotel was great for a long layover as it is close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and big. When we arrived, check in was very smooth and Zoey Zeng at the front desk was super helpful and even upgraded our room for free.

I was impressed with the front office staff Ms. JuanJuan Liao, she was cheerful, professional and helpful; I would rate her as one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Given the GM Mr. Paul Zhang demonstrated as a great leader over my stay of 4 nights at the hotel, he was very hands on and professionally offered support to his staff and guests. They are great asset to the Company.
