Near to the Mall. Great room!

The customer service attitude is poor. The air conditioner in the special room has no heating. The washing machine is broken. There is water leakage on the floor as soon as you enter. It didn't dry up after staying for a whole night. The sound insulation is not good. All you can hear is the sound of water running in the pipes all night. It's freezing cold when there is no heating. The hotel room is very small and depressing. I don't know about other room types. Anyway, I suggest not to stay in the special room. What I give is the most authentic personal experience.

I am a ********* tourist, and I traveled to Xiamen with my two best friends. When I first checked in, the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, and maybe it was because of the side window. The window next to it looked like a ditch underneath. I felt like there would be mice at any time. It was scary to run out😅, and the room was not as beautiful as in the picture. The toilet floor was a bit mottled. Later, we reported the smell of smoke to the front desk and asked the front desk to change us to a new room. The new one was also a side room. It was hot. There is plenty of water, but the amount of water for bathing is quite small, and from time to time I hear the sound of running water from the pipeline, which is very loud. Fortunately, we are all fast sleepers and it did not disturb our sleep. In short, everyone can evaluate whether the room is cheap or not. , but staying in such a B&B makes it difficult to go out for fun. I will spend more money to stay in hotels (restaurants) in the future!

The soundproofing of the room is poor and the room has a very low beam. There is an exposed water pipe in the toilet, and the sound is very loud when someone flushes it, which is even more unbearable in the middle of the night. The window is just a larger vent.

The ceiling is a bit low, but this is suitable for long-term rental. It has refrigerators, cabinets, and a place to hang clothes.

Facilities: The faucet handle is broken and shakes severely from side to side, making it difficult to get water out. Hygiene: There were black mold spots on the wall above the room, and my skin was still itchy the next day after sleeping on the bed.
