Very unhygienic, poor sound insulation, construction outside, I was woken up at 8:30 in the morning, the environment is very poor, the facilities and equipment are poor, the front desk is like it was set up at odd hours, it is difficult to find, there are many shops at the door for decoration, after 8:30 You can't rest during the day anyway. There is no service at all. If you want to stay here, you must not bring luggage. There is no elevator and there are no waiters to carry your luggage. You have to carry your heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. The stairs are very long. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here. You are very tired and cannot rest. The surrounding area is being renovated and the environment is average. There is no TV in the room. Parking costs 50 yuan per night at your own expense. The power went out just after returning to the hotel at 10pm, and I couldn't take a shower or rest. It was restored around 12:30am. I heard that the power switch tripped. The weather was too hot, so I had to go back to the car and turn on the air conditioner to rest. The next day, the hotel gave no explanation, as if nothing happened. A very bad stay experience.

酒店位於地鐵體育中心站5號出口，步行7分鐘便到。附近有很多食肆和便利店。 當你進入房間時，就有家的感覺；房間設有開放式廚房、梳化、雪櫃、洗衣機和衣櫃，設備一應俱全，長住都沒有問題。🤣

酒店很乾凈，房間很敞亮，老闆人也很好，周邊交通也很便利，出門幾百米就有地鐵，很適合短期出來遊玩的寶寶們！

端午在網上看了很久的酒店，看評論景區附近的環境不好，很多跟圖片描述不符。差點不想來廈門了，就怕住到發黴有蟲子的酒店影響心情。 最後找到這家離地鐵近的，看到沒有差評，打電話老闆説可以先看環境再住，還特意買了酒店險。（當日可退）去了以後個人覺得非常好，推薦！ 公寓型酒店，新裝修所以非常乾淨舒適。房間跟圖片一模一樣！絕對一模一樣！（因為我自己房間很多行李就沒有拍，我住的和對面開門看到的，都和網圖一致）我住的帶個露天小陽台，很通風，住了兩晚。可以參考官網不同房型圖片。 環境:乾淨！洗澡水大，鏡子和衣架都方便，空調很涼快（我超怕熱）離地鐵近出行方便（廈門的地鐵人少很便利），人少安靜，樓下有幾家飯店。 不想住景點太近的可以選擇。 雖然不會再來廈門了，對住宿我還是推薦這家！

房間很乾凈 採光也很好 老闆服務很好 需要的東西阿姨打掃衞生這些都可以快速響應 一開始旁邊有工地我還在擔心施工的時候會吵 結果晚上的時候出乎我意料房間裏面很安靜 周邊離地鐵站也比較近 交通出行也還算是方便 就是唯一不好就是熱水問題需要改善一下下 不太好調整到合適的温度 其他各方面都很OK

不太建議住 因為地理位置在一個衚衕裏很難找 然後上樓沒電梯 雖然衹有一層 衞生也就那樣 最主要的是 真的很吵 屋裡的空調對着床直接吹 開着冷不開着熱 感覺空調也有點問題不開也嘎吱嘎吱的 隔音超級不好！空調的風機幾乎在屋裡 樓上一挪凳子聲音很大很大

衞生條件非常好，很乾凈明亮，很隔音，還有配耳塞那些，不過用不上就是。很新的房，裝潢也非常温馨！ 服務：因為到的比較早，跟老闆説能不能提前入住。老闆服務態度很好，跟我説可以提前入住，而且，老闆説我訂的那個房間還沒有退房，給我升級一個房間！！！太讚了！！ 設施：房間很寬敞，有洗衣機和很多個衣架。住的很舒服。桌子很長很寬，很好用。沙發也很大。鏡子超級大，可以兩個人同時照，全身鏡。 房間裏面的燈光有很多個，暖光和亮光都有，沙發光和桌子光還有床上的光，都是分開控制的，挺好玩的哈哈哈，非常舒服！ 周圍就有吃夜宵燒烤的店很多人在吃很熱鬧，還有吃甜品的店和吃早餐的店，非常方便。晚上去逛逛散步，吃了個甜品走回來。 位置：酒店的位置也很好找，停車位很足。距離廣電大樓很近。周圍也有共享單車，去一個商場就在附近，可以騎車去。 還有一個小陽台，是單獨隔出來的，白天採光很好，晚上可以看星星！ 很驚喜！！這個價格訂到這麼好這麼舒服的房！！下次還會再來！！！必須給個大大的好評！

酒店工作人員很熱情，出行方便，點外賣也非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，私密性很好，房間有洗衣機真的很棒，小朋友很愛爬這個樓梯，總的來説物美價廉

房間裝修的很新，淋浴設備也很特別和好用；老闆為人親和友善；房間非常的乾淨，設計的也好。 設施：因為這個酒店是新開的，所以設施都是比較新的。 衞生：整體上很乾凈，包括樓道。 環境：酒店是在地鐵站附近，周邊的設施也都還不錯。酒店整體上感覺挺高檔的。 服務：老闆服務周到，有什麼問題他都會及時解決。

新開的一家，環境很不錯，很乾凈 自己有帶一次性被套的習慣就不評價床位了，但是看起來摸起來沒有什麼異常 體驗感極佳，因為上午起很早去醫院，回來時候12點了需要休息，然後不小心睡過頭了，老闆也沒有敲門催促退房，讓我們休息到了自然醒，最後是下午四點半才走，我們主動提出需要補錢，老闆也沒收，總之這次體驗感不錯
