酒店地段非常棒 距離碼頭很近 環境也不錯 房間整潔衞生 由於酒店沒有電梯行李箱都是小哥哥幫忙拎上去的 前台的小哥哥小姐姐講話温柔有耐心 如果有機會再來鼓浪嶼還會選擇這家酒店👍

服務特別周到特別好！前台小哥會幫忙拿抬行李介紹附近景點什麼的，去洗衣服還會幫忙按洗衣機，因為離碼頭比較近所以有點吵，反映後酒店也幫忙去拿了幾副耳塞給我們。
位置極佳，就在碼頭很近的地方，離島的時候提前十分鐘走就可以，酒店樓下就有超市。
設施完備也很新，洗衣機是洗烘一體的，房間內設施好看也好用。
唯一的缺點就是我們住的酒店離主要馬路比較近，遊客很多隔音不是很好，早上六七點就被遊客吵醒了，也可能是我們房間的問題，另一個朋友住的另一個方向的房間就説沒有這個問題。

酒店位置好，旁邊便是連鎖飯店，十分方便。服務管家是幾位敬業的年輕人，入住前便提前聯繫客人，而且從入住到退房一直動態跟進服務。

位置：就在碼頭旁邊。方便放下行李，到處遊玩。旁邊有觀光車可以坐，位置滿分。
