那麼多年了，從來沒有過那麼差的體驗，從辦理入住開始，前台就叼着煙辦理入住，這沒什麼，然後第二天下午打電話過去跟這個叼着煙的前台説了要續住打掃（有説房號），回了個好，然後回去還是原樣，一次性浴巾等用品全部沒補，打電話要前台反應情況，前台還很沖的説關我什麼事，不是我造成的（另一個前台），並沒有安撫我的情緒，我還去安慰説只是反應情況不要激動，真的很無語，然後補送用品上來也一句話不説扭頭就走，跨完年1號早上樓上又沖擊鑽裝修，問前台什麼情況，得到回覆是樓上裝修，然後沒了，正常不應該換個安靜點的嗎，總體而言就是，衹要你反饋從來得不到解決，真的很不爽，上班沒個上班樣，一點服務態度都沒有，店都讓你幹黃
