Staff was excellent who contacted trip.com to call me to add their WeChat account so that I could talk to them directly . The address provided in trip.com always could not get to the hotel correctly .
The staff was helpful trying to arrange at bike pickup to the location I was alighted by the didi driver . She also helped me to carry my luggage up to 2nd floor . While checking out another staff helped me to bring down the luggage and transported my big luggage using e-bike to the main road to get the didi car .
