Very nice and clean environment. Staffs are very friendly and approachable. Love the robot delivery service, very convenient.

Beautiful room, very big and clean. And soooo comfortable 😍 the bathtub was especially relaxing to use. The staff was super kind they gave us complimentary fruits. The hot springs were also very enjoyable, will definitely stay here again.

a little far from shops but not a problem as you can always cab out. Ideal hotel for rest as it is relatively quiet and serene. Great sea view! Family room comes with Mickey and Minnie mouse theme, bedsheets and comes with plushie, great for kids

Walking distance to subway station, service good, rooms are very clean, beds very comfy, breakfast also good, for non Chinese people, I always stay in this hotel.

Nice highend hotel however the view sucks

The hotel is located 20 minutes away from the city center, but in a very nice area, calm and clean. I loved the room, it’s spacious and has everything I needed. The bath tub is big and confortable, I enjoyed a lot. The view is nice when the weather is good, unfortunately I was not lucky enough and most of the time was raining. I didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looks great. I hope I will come back in a near future to enjoy more the commodities.

After staying at this ocean hot spring, I deeply felt the rich ocean hot spring resources in Xiamen. You know, ocean hot spring resources are scarce, but this hot spring hotel has a monopoly on such natural resources, which is really amazing. While bathing in the hot spring, I also met many locals who came here to enjoy the hot springs.

I read the reviews for 23 years and it was really bad as a five-star hotel. This time I stayed here and it was very good. It should be because of the change of management team. When I arrived at the gate, there was a specialist to open and close the car door and help with the suitcase. The check-in staff was also very good. The room was large and the bathroom was large with a bathtub. The countertop for putting things was super long and could hold 5-6 open suitcases. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool downstairs was clean. The hot spring was in the bushes with fallen leaves. The soundproofing of the room was super good.
