Hotel is very well located, out of the island but really convenient for pick-ups and move to factories around. Quiet area, very clean and modern. The only down side is staff doesn’t speak english

our stay in this Hotel was a nice experience. Amenities totally fine. Also the service after we found something to claim about. Actually this was the disappointing part: the room was clean and prepared but the a final check would have been fine. So they would have found some leftovers from the customer before and some damages. But the claim was handled very fast. Communication only in Chinese also no problem, thanks to electronic translators. But one disappointing thing I need to mention: the seating in the breakfast area: No idea what kind of system for seating during breakfast they had, but not to be able to find a place for 3 is a no go when there are plenty of big tables (＞5persons) blocked by just a single person…

The room door is not soundproof, and I can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. The hotel is far away, but you can walk across the hotel and see the night view of Xiamen Island. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good.

A hotel with a super high cost-effectiveness and great service I arrived very late. Miss LucyZhou heard that I was here for tourism, so she was very considerate and gave me a free upgrade to a sea view room. The view was great and the room was unexpectedly good. Even if I live by the sea, I still like to see places with wide views. The room type is also very good, very quiet, and the room equipment is also new and clean. The overall experience is very good. You can see the twin towers on Xiamen Island, Gulangyu Island, and Zhangzhou Port. There are also large shopping malls nearby. There are also swimming pools and gyms in the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it!

It's a bit far from the city, and there's a traffic jam during rush hour. The environment is pretty good. The lobby is big. It would be perfect if the bed was bigger. I will consider staying here next time.

It was my first time to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Xiamen. I would like to thank Tom, the concierge, for his hospitality and explanation of the hotel's facilities and catering information, which was very helpful for a family of newly arrived travelers. He also answered our travel questions, provided local travel information, etc. We look forward to staying here again next time.

Managers Lee and Lola are very professional and detailed. All the problems raised were solved quickly. The room was cleaned very carefully. Mr. Lee took the initiative to arrange a larger and quieter room for us when checking in. During our stay, he was also very considerate and asked us if we needed anything. We were very satisfied with the service. The only drawback is that the hotel is on the flight route, which may not be very friendly to friends who are light sleepers.

The room was very good, but the food service and dishes were a mess, which reduced a lot of points for the hotel. The room order code was not easy to use, and the room order phone could not be used to order, and the waiter had to come to the room to order. I was unable to post the room bill twice. I don't know how the front office and food and beverage departments work, fearing that guests would eat without paying... Please use your brains and open your eyes to see what kind of guests are... When I checked in, the front desk asked me to swipe a 500 deposit, but I said 1000... I thought it was a flash stay, so I thought it was enough to post a meal... Later I found out that the room fee was deducted, so I ran down and swiped another 1000, but the Chinese restaurant still said that I couldn't post the room bill... and said that they had contacted the front desk to confirm... MDFK... Marriott doesn't trust guests like this now... The Chinese food is as bad as ****... I really don't know if the person in charge of the food and beverage department of this hotel has the face to provide such quality and experience to guests?

After arriving at the hotel, I upgraded to a sea view room. It rained heavily in the middle of the night, and the weather cleared up the next day. The sea view was very good and the price/performance ratio was acceptable. The soup noodles in the dining area on the first floor used good ingredients.
