The biggest issue is that when breakfast time at 8am seat is enough but food some how left 20% and could.not recover fast enough ....so not much choice of food was given 2nd the restaurant in the hotel dont operate on monday n tuesday and I dont understand why ...it's actually causes us to.run out for other places to.eat

Okay, but much better options exist if you have the money and book in advance. First of all, its a separate class of hotel situated within the very same Marriot (which is higher end), so consider this a class below the actual Marriot. The exit is separate, and leads mostly to nowhere, and you will most likely enter the real Marriot part of the building at first, but thankfully staff knows this is a common mistake and leads you through a small hallway of about 200m to the other reception where you will be greeted by just as professional staff. They don't include any toiletries but will deliver them swiftly to the room door if you need any, I guess its ecological, in their mind, but practically..ultimately pointless and saves no one's time and energy. The room itself is a bit of a step down from regular 4* chain hotels - the size, the leather on the furniture is torn and worn a bit, and it shows its age and class. There are similarly priced competitors within the same 1-2km range, who do a much better job, plus better view, for a few bucks more. It should be priced a bit lower in order to be a good deal and vibe for the money. Ultimately an okay hotel, no one will be disappointed, but the value to me just isn't there, and the real Marriot is in the same building, but you are getting the cheaper version of it, watered down.

Very nice, sea view is so cool. The staff at front desk are very friendly. I like swimming pools, it’s very beautiful. But the lobby is so hot, too bad.

The hotel is great , the staff are very helpful and friendly. My only problem is that the hotel is a bit far and not on the island but besides that it’s great !

Very good hotel, the hotel's swimming pool and gym are used together with Marriott, the facilities and equipment are good, the service is also great. Lucy at the front desk upgraded my room, smiling service and details in place. The room is very clean and tidy, the view is good and worth recommending!

A female receptionist named Lucy Zhou looked like she owed me money. Others' service was very good, but she had a sullen face. I greeted her with good intentions, but her attitude was terrible. She should really improve her service. Who do you think you are if you don't even greet her? Is this the service Marriott should have? The room facilities are OK, but the shower head is a bit old. I suggest changing it.

The hotel staff is very considerate. Because I arrived at the hotel early and the room was not cleaned, Lucy at the front desk also gave me some fruit, which was very heartwarming. There is also free parking service for guests staying in the hotel. Overall, I feel comfortable and at ease. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xiamen

I give it 99 out of 100 overall! The service is really great! The sea view room has a great view and the overall supporting facilities are complete There is an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and yoga room If the situation allows, find Xiao Luo! His attitude is super good and he also gave me a drink coupon. I had satay noodles in the lobby bar at night. The side dishes were super rich, but the noodles were hard. After reporting to the service staff, they wanted to send soft drinks, but I refused. I felt sorry for not paying for something. When I walked to the lobby, the service staff chased me out and sent me a small cake 🧁! I feel valued! Courtyard is getting better and better!

This is my first time staying at a Marriott hotel with my family and children. I didn't make a reservation in advance. I happened to meet the front desk manager Lola Zhang, who was very enthusiastic and patient in explaining the room and surrounding facilities. I had a pleasant stay and will choose here again next time.

Although both are owned by Marriott, Courtyard is actually quite cost-effective. At least the facilities in the room I stayed in were very complete. On the contrary, the bathroom power of Marriott was not working and there was a circuit breaker. I am very grateful to Max for helping me upgrade the room. Although I was the only one staying on the last night, the service was still very thoughtful.

The hotel is great. I could see the sea view when I woke up in the morning. The clean streets and calm sea made me feel good for the whole day.

It was my first time staying at Courtyard by Marriott. I felt really good. When I booked the room, I felt the gentleness and patience of the hotel staff. The front desk guy was super nice. Maybe because it was off-season, I upgraded the room for free. The actual room was consistent with the promotional pictures. It was not a lie at all. The room faced the sea, which was beautiful and comfortable. In the middle, because of the rider's mistake, I mistakenly thought that the milk tea was lost. After the hotel staff knew about it, they patiently helped me get the milk tea back that was sent to the wrong place. The service attitude and problem-solving ability of the Courtyard staff are really great. Great reviews!!!

The front desk service was very good. The hotel facilities were introduced very clearly. Breakfast was provided and the breakfast experience was also very good.
