I recently stayed at this hotel and noted several points of interest. The architecture, combined with the greenery, is reminiscent of southern European resorts. The rooms were clean and adequately spacious. However, I found the lack of chairs on the balconies inconvenient. Additionally, there were no electrical plugs near the bed, an upgrade that would be beneficial by 2024. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the beach. The pool area seemed well-maintained, though the requirement to wear hats was unexpected. The staff were friendly and professional, adding a positive note to the stay. Loved the royal Victoria! Just a slight upgrade to the fitness center and it would be a 10/10. Everything else was perfect!!

The hotel is situated in a good location and very convenient. The staff is nice.

Very nice and spacious hotel. Room and balcony clean and big. View from hotel is amazing. We had very nice time and staff are very helpful, Guest service manager Chris was most polite and I'll would say the best in China. We traveled a lot but he is the best providing us all information we requested such as trip to Tulou, tickets to Gulangyu, bicycle help, even he was very kind to arrange birthday cake for us etc. He also opened piano in lobby for us to play, and we had very nice time during our seven days stay. He was very kind on every request we made. I recommend hotel for families who likes tranquil but spacious places with big gardens, flovers, very near to beach and to downtown. Breakfast was very good. Playground for children is aslo available. Gym is okay. Highly recommend this hotel if you come to Xiamen.

I think the hotel is good for vacation, it’s big and the gardens are beautiful. But for business trip, I think I prefer somewhere is more convenient to amenities.

Easy check in, large clean room with a wonderful view over the sea, and very comfortable bedding. Nice and quiet. Slept really well. The breakfast was just OK...not many guests so not so much fresh choice. There is a quick way to the beach...once you exit this gate via the garden, you just need to cross the road. The balcony is large, and great for relaxing! Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel environment is great. There is a beach right outside the back door of the hotel. It is nice to go out for a walk at night. The room is large, clean and tidy. The service is also good. I will continue to choose it next time. Annie, the guest service manager, also actively visited after leaving the hotel.

Transportation: The hotel is in a good location, 25 minutes to the airport, and opposite is Huangcuo Beach🏖️, which is very convenient, and it is farther from the center, less crowded and quieter! Environment: European style, the room is very big! It has been built for some years, and the bathroom is a little old. It is too big and I am a little scared to live alone! The sea view from the large balcony is super beautiful. I booked the Supreme King Room (balcony) for this sea view. Not bad! Breakfast: I can only say that the breakfast is average! It does not match the scale of the hotel Service: The front desk service is good and can quickly meet the needs. The girl in the lobby bar was stunned and not very smart! The refreshments given on the first day said that they could not be eaten in the lobby bar because there was a wedding banquet. I was unhappy☹️. The dining area for hotel guests should be arranged in advance! They packed it for me. There was no feeling of apology at all! Other security guards, cleaners, and receptionists who had exchanges made people feel very comfortable.

I booked the room after reading the reviews, and it lived up to my expectations. The hotel is so beautiful, right in the Coconut Wind Village scenic spot. The room is super big, and the sea view from the balcony is so beautiful. I couldn't help but want to take pictures as soon as I entered the room. The staff member, Candy, saw that we had children and gave us sand digging tools and welcome fruits. It felt great. I will come again if I have the chance.

As soon as we got to the hotel, the service staff helped us with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process. The service was very good. The hotel is in a great location, only a three-minute walk to Huangcuo Beach, where the sand is very fine. We stayed there for two days, but the kids didn't have enough fun; we took our kids to the beach every day with a small bucket. The room was also very big, the sea view was beautiful, and the breakfast was rich. I will stay here again next time I go to Xiamen!

I visited Xiamen again after more than ten years. I chose this hotel on Ctrip again and again. The environment is beautiful and the room is clean and tidy. Every corner of the hotel can be filmed. It is worth staying. The waiter will also greet you warmly and the breakfast quality is very good.

The hotel is like a big manor with a huge lawn next to Huangcuo Beach. The room is very big and the bed is also very big. The Chinese restaurant tastes good, but the food is very slow. Because the children are so hungry, they have to urge them many times. The staff is very friendly. The only thing to complain about is the air conditioning in the room. No matter how high it is, it is not much cooler. If Xiamen has not cooled down, I will ask the front desk to change the room.
