The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

Good service of the hotel staff. Excellent location. comfortable + big room provided. Housekeeper also give us lovely note to drink more water .

The hotel was spacious ,clean and comfortable , and allows for late check out at 2pm , very near Zhong Shan pedestrian street and shopping mall , it’s on a slight slope abt 1-2 mins walk

Mirror not wipe, bed sheets looks clean. staff service is good. Told them room air con seems like not working. They immediately get a portable one in. Hang the sign not to clean up the room, they still prepare a bag of toiletries and bottle water at the door. Good point not most hotel do. 👍 Have shops selling food til 12 mn around the hotel. Only not so good point is it's located quite a steep slope. Not very elderly friendly.

We had a 2 days holidays there in Xiamen, this hotel was 5 minutes away from the city centre, the location was great!! The place is quiet clean but the room were not very big. Overall, for the price, very good deal!

Lovely hotel a few minutes' walk from the subway station, in the middle of the busy Zhongshan Walking Street. Only catch is the hotel is located uphill. Great facilities and very polite staff.

Great hotel. Did not know that it was a hotel chain and the recpetion gave good breakfast deal and their spread is pretty decent. The only down side is that it is located on a small hill. Not very elderly friendly. But overall the hotel standard is good and convenient to move ard. Willreturn and stay in other outlet in the future.

Although this hotel is a small one but the facilities, cleanliness and easy access to Zhong Shan road where all the happenings are be it shopping and food. The cleaner who upkeeps my room during my stay is very caring. She left a note in Chinese but I can’t read. I got my friend to read and it says weather is hot and she have boiled water for us and asked us to drink more water to stay hydrated. I would like to say thank you and is very much appreciated.

Location is good , right in the middle of shopping street. Parking can be an issue.

Big and very clean room . Center of shooing area and not far from metro station. Good service but average breakfast

Other than being near to the walking street , nothing else is worth mentioning ! The location was harder to find as well as it’s in the back of an alley. We found 3 cockroaches in the room and the breakfast was below average with very less choices. Overall I’ll chose other hotels and skip this one !

Strategic location but not very easily located the very first time due to the "hidden" building. The photo shown a very bright and prominent building but probably the lighting is no longer available, therefore it may be a bit miss-leading. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent. Will recommend to friends and family members.

Location, Service and cleanliness were up to the budget travel hotel standard. But one thing is the Airconditioning control- the staff informed it was central heating system mode and temp couldn’t be controlled by individual guest rooms, My think is it should be able to be control by setting the desired temp, irregardless of the outdoor conditions.
