Best Western Plus Park Hotel Xiamen Reviews

Nice and clean rooms, unfortunately the breakfast choices are a little bit small and there was no water in the pool.

Great location near the central Xiamen island, within walking distance from Yundang lake. Taxi from the airport takes less than 30 minutes (50 yuan). Metro Line 1 to Xiamen North Railway Station is also close. The lobby is on the 7th floor, which can be a little confusing because you need to go there on your own first. The staff doesn't speak English very well, but enough to manage. They were very polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, over 40 sqm. A toilet brush was missing (in my room). The city view is nice since all rooms are above the lobby (floor 7). Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, with some other options, though the eggs were very salty so I couldn't enjoy them.

Very clean and modern design room, two TV in the two bed room, service is also perfect. After I checked out, the room service returned my precious ear phone, the guard very helpful with our luggage, I was very impressive. Thanks!

I stayed in Fuzhou more than ten years ago and had a good impression. This time in Xiamen, the experience was very bad. First of all, the room smelled very bad; secondly, the room was poorly soundproofed. The room was facing the street, and I could clearly hear the noise of cars on the road in the middle of the night, tossing and turning all night; thirdly, the breakfast was quite rubbish, and the breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel was not worse than this. Best Western, it is recommended to remove the "Best" because it is suspected of violating the Advertising Law.

The room type was upgraded. Although the facilities are a bit old, it feels clean and tidy. The room is large and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is 2km away from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The location is great~
