Absolutely loved our stay at SIG Resort for the second time, now with our baby! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for our little one. The renovations have really elevated the experience; the updated pool and hot spring areas are fantastic—so much better than before! They provide a refreshing oasis to unwind and enjoy family time. Overall, SIG Resort continues to impress, and we can't wait to return again. Highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Usually I’d have something good to say but this time when my fiancé and I went for a lovely getaway, SIG’s amenities were horrible and they fail to mention that on their booking information. There was construction within the hot springs and the the spa was closed. There was no special massage for us. We would usually get the Jade massage but that was not possible this trip. Furthermore, being the only foreigners that had the Vanilla Villa, no one knew what we wanted when it came to driver coming to retrieve us—we spoke mandarin on the phone; they still did not understand us. Lastly, the “western” dinner and breakfast buffet was missing the western food. Needless to say, SIG is not what it use to be. We’ll try again in 2023; this when the place should be done with construction and offer all its great amenities again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, this hotel has potential for more... unfortunately a little bit worn out, rooms need renovation...

The hot spring area here is quite large, with many pools. The decoration of the hot spring is very beautiful, similar to the style of a cave. Each pool is also named, which is very creative. After soaking in the hot spring, I went to the steam room to sweat. It was very comfortable. And I could go there again before checking out the next day after sleeping. There was no limit on the number of times before checking out, which was very humane.

Toiletries need to be collected at the front desk, and there are no children's toiletries. The service level is not like a five-star hotel at all. The hot spring area is very stingy when asking for bath towels. The buffet breakfast is really bad, with too few varieties. My husband said it is worse than a three-star hotel. Fortunately, we did not have a buffet dinner there. The only good thing is that the water quality in the hot spring area is OK, and the children have a lot of fun. It is recommended to go to the hot spring alone and do not stay overnight. The accommodation experience is not good.

The room I stayed in was quite large, well-furnished, clean and tidy, very quiet, with a pleasant view outside the window. The front desk staff and the waiters in the hot spring area were very enthusiastic. The only drawback was that there were few outdoor pools, and some were still under renovation. Fortunately, there were not many guests, so it was very leisurely and quiet.

I regret coming to Shengzhixiang so late! It's so comfortable! There are many hot springs in the park, including private hot springs in the family area and special cave areas. The hot springs can also be contracted for an entire swimming pool. The overall service is in place, basically responsive to every request, and fruit will be delivered in the evening! I will recommend my family and friends to come next time!

The room is very nice, clean and hygienic. The children had a lot of fun playing there. The room has better privacy after the renovation. The children love the swimming pool and the water curtain cave. There is also a gym and a children's playground next to each other, so both adults and children can have fun.

The front desk service is professional and the attitude is very good! The room is clean and comfortable, there are many kinds of hot springs, the service staff is enthusiastic, and my family is very satisfied! The buffet is very rich and I enjoyed it. An ideal stay!

Apart from being a bit old, it's pretty good, but the bathroom has an unpleasant smell... It's not easy to still be like this after more than ten years of opening

The room environment is pretty good. There is a girl at the front desk who is very enthusiastic. The little monkey given is very popular with children. There is a fat man at the back whose attitude is not very good. I bought a private bath by myself. The hot spring ticket at the back is useless.

Very good, beautiful scenery, good breakfast, come to experience the hot springs in summer vacation ♨️The children like it very much! The room is large and the bed is also large, suitable for bringing children ~ family travel! Come again next time ~

I live in a newly renovated villa. The hot spring outside is a bit old. But it is much better than before the renovation. I like the style. The first floor is the garage, and the second floor is the room and hot spring. Takeout can be delivered to the door.
