Good location, staff service good, near hotel many food

Have a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a lot variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

Good brrakfast, they can change into sahoor as well. Friendly staff

Room is clean but carpet looks worn out. Breakfast is good. WiFi has to be set up by their staff room by room which we find it weird.

Poor front desk service. Norhing done when someone smoke publicly in the lobby waiting area. Room reno is old school. Will not come back

Perfect stay in Xiamen Located in the heart of Xiamen, spacious room and good facilities. Last but not least, shout out to Carrey Gao for the assistance, she very helpful to the guests. Definitely come back and stay there if I visit Xiamen again

The staff are polite and nice and the breakfast are very nice, with various type of dishes. . However, the facilities are relatively old. The air conditional function normally, but the room temperature stayed at 25 while we set to 21.

The rooms booked are very comfortable. The hotel also provides laundry facilities for guest at the Lobby floor. Staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Hotel personnels very accommodating. Breakfast food very good. We felt safe staying there.

Not far from the metro station and food street, but the hygiene is average, maybe because of the facilities are a bit old.

My stay here was a positive experience, especially considering my primary need for a cheaper and clean place to stay before catching my flight the next day. My flight wasn't too early, so I decided to stay in the city and randomly chose this hotel based on its price. Upon entering the room, I was surprised by the huge size of both the room and the bathroom!. The bed, I must say, was very comfortable, which made for a restful night. As I had read in other reviews, the hotel is indeed old, but it seems they put effort into keeping it as clean as possible. I didn't have any cleanliness issues during my stay. The bedsheets and towels were very clean, which was important to me. The carpet wasn't very clean, and the sofa in the room looked quite old. I didn't need to use them, so it wasn't a problem for me. I also read that someone mentioned the elevator didn't work, and they had to carry their luggage. It was the same for me. Fortunately, my luggage was small, so I didn't mind too much. However, I can imagine it would be quite challenging for people with big luggage. I'm sure the hotel staff would help if asked, though. It seems like the elevator issue is a recurring problem, and the hotel should fix it. Despite their efforts to maintain cleanliness and provide a positive experience in other aspects, a malfunctioning elevator is definitely a negative for them. On the other hand, the staff at the hotel was friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Overall, it was a good one-night stay, especially considering the price. This hotel served its purpose well for my brief stay.

I stay in non-smoking room, but the cigarette smell is too strong in the room.

Hotel served hot drinks at the main hall which is very thoughtful as the weather is very cold. Hotel location near to train station - 2 stop to zhong shan walking street. Surrounding have many eatery. negative : Front desk staff which is not friendly and seem unfamiliar with the area. As we are international tourist, don't have local phone number to connect wifi in the room, thus need to get IT guy to help install it. IT guy attitude also very very rude.

Convenient location. Very nice non smoking room. The front desk is so kind to upgrade our rooms to suite. There is a tour agent at the lobby for local tour arrangement. Will stay when I visit Xiamen again
