Ibis Hotel (Xiamen Railway Station) Reviews

Great stay as always. The staff are diligent, smooth and always accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and of course the location is central enough for most things (Xiamen isn't a large city). However this time I noticed something 🚬🚬 I was offered breakfast in the morning, but noticed one of the chefs actually smoking, and he even had the audacity to walk out with his cigarette into the lobby. Naturally I complained and the staff also had the nerve to say it was somehow allowed, to which I had objected and they stated they understand an will try an address the problem. If they can fix that problem, this hotel is on the top of my list for location, staff and value. Otherwise the lobby itself is toxic and unsafe for anyone, especially kids 🙏🏻

Convenient location. Clean room, nice environment, and many restaurants nearby. A good choice for a stay in Xiamen.

Simple but advance at good location

The hotel location is near the train station and metro. Easy to move around with many shopping malls within the walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes. However, the hotel corridor and carpet need to well maintenance.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Ibis hotels. The hotel is easily accessible by train and subway. As usual, warm and caring hospitality from the front desk. Thank you, Xiao Chen, for making my stay pleasant and memorable.

Nice hotel I have ever lived.

The room provided was ok but without any view or natural light. The staff provided me room on the ground floor, looked like service staff rooms. It was like living in a basement without any natural light. Was too tired of my travel to request for anything better. To foreigners they could provide more comfortable accommodations especially business travelers.

Great location , very close to the train station metro station and a lot of eateries and malls around , a great choice for just arrival and to be departure in Xiamen. Good value as a stop by hotel. Love it.

Great place to stay several night in Xiamen. Breakfast offers a variety of food. Front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It is a good place as Ibis logo . Room is with good amenities. As a Ibis international name I think needs to have more cleaning attention.

Great location. Very close to Xiamen Railway station. Walkable distance only. Nearby supermarkets and shopping centres are available. Room is very small, especially the toilet is too small. It’s not according to the Ibis standards. Breakfast is very basic and poor. Comfortable mattress and room air conditioning.
