非常失望，差評理由如下。
1. 隔音奇差：走廊上的腳步聲和談話聲幾乎都可以清晰聽見。我願稱為流浪漢模擬器。
2. 不明噪音：晚上，房間內還不斷傳來類似空調室外機的噪音，持續到凌晨兩點。入住五晚皆是如此，嚴重影響睡眠質量。
3. 推諉責任：反映了這些問題後，工作人員給出的解釋是噪音來自隔壁的小眼鏡大排檔，然而此大排檔在晚上十點半就結束營業，無法説明之後的噪音來源。
4.態度:我分別向工程師和前台反應上述問題，兩位在甩鍋給隔壁大排檔不成後，反問我為什麼不在第一天就向他們説明，而是要等到住完五晚後才告知。其言行沒有絲毫對於顧客的歉意和同理心。
綜上所述，下次絕對不會再選擇這家酒店，也不推薦給其他人。服務唯一的一星給入住期間遇到的保潔阿姨和來送早餐的老者，態度非常温和有禮。

The hotel is in an alley, luckily you don't have to walk too far. The service at the front desk was very good. We were initially arranged a room next to the elevator. After we told them, we were upgraded to a more spacious room. The service attitude was good👍👍👍👍

賓館很新，門口就是小眼睛大排檔，吃飯很方便，出門2分鐘就是地鐵站公交站，去各個景點也很便捷。

地鐵公交BRT都很近，出門走幾步就到了，去島內的景點都很方便，酒店環境衞生都挺好的，有窗，隔音還行，水壓很大，牆裂推薦🙋。前台柳宗賢和邱文燕很有耐心
