一般般，管理上欠佳，工作人員素質，缺少專業素養，有待於進一步培訓和提高！餐廳服務員慌慌張張，操作不規範，進餐時間到了，大部分食品還沒到位！

1.房間非常乾淨整潔;我還特別看過兩張床，真的看不到其他奇怪的酒店附贈的長頭髮。
2.浴室地板很乾淨，洗完澡後，地板很快就乾了(請務必搭配地墊)，玻璃也擦的很乾淨(沒有水漬)
3.前台服務特別的親切，只要沒有服務客人，有看到要房客出門，都會問聲早安(讓我都很不好意思)
4.專屬的客戶經理也很親切(一定要主動加微信喔)，主動關心並再三囑咐~有任何需要，都可以微信詢問，包含廈門出遊建議都可以諮詢。
5.平常日入住，晚上睡覺很安靜，不會被吵醒，環境清幽(我住的靠酒店停車場這一面)，對我來說是大大加分(因為我就是來渡假休息的)
6.交通也很方便，走路一小段就是公交站(東浦一里)，可以往廈門火車站(地鐵也在這邊)，也可以往BRT站(龍山站)
訂為每年必回訪的住宿酒店。
