房間乾淨明亮：房間乾淨整潔明亮，房間小朋友用品小凳子一應俱全。
客房服務響應及時（需要的東西都及時送到、洗衣服務非常棒），入住服務周到（上下車協助客人搬運行李，開車門），小丹小覃服務都專業且熱情，詳細介紹酒店周邊設施。
小童樂園乾淨衞生整潔，小孔還幫我看管小朋友玩耍。
酒店的餐廳，味道和品質都很棒，各地的菜基本都能覆蓋，而且後廚技術很贊。
出行便利，酒店附近就有商場，離萬達很近
總之非常滿意，酒店對待親子出行家庭，滿滿的誠意和熱情，值得再次下榻。

酒店硬件環境一流，房間非常新，裝修也好，酒店環境也很美。可惜軟件一言難盡，酒店看起來主要是做會議生意的，對家庭不太友好。攜程定的免費升級房間，check in的時候推三阻四不想給升級，最後説了半天才升級，早餐也是，一會是要收費，一會又是衹能一個人免費。這麼好的酒店搞得非常小氣的感覺，服務有待提高。免費自行車也是破舊不堪，騎車一半壞路上了，硬是推着走回來。早餐也是，因為主要是會議的人，九點前人很多，服務跟不上，亂，九點後才會慢慢補菜....服務和細節有待提高

Second time staying here. This time I had a layover and left early in the morning. I checked in early and the air conditioner in the room was already turned on and the fruits were washed. The hygiene was very good. The air and environment are good in the wetland park. The swimming pool is a competition-style hotel. I will go to this hotel again when I go to Xiamen in the future.
