剛到的時候房間沒收拾完，我們進去放了行李，保潔立馬問東西是不是被我們搞亂的，話裏話外都是不想打掃房間。
點外賣不讓外賣員進來，他們也不會送上來，需要你自己下去拿。管理混亂，在電話裏都能聽到幾個工作人員在互相扯皮，都不想幹。
房間裏的電話直接線被拔掉了，是在攜程上找的前台電話才打過去的。去要水也説水沒有

房間還可以，設施陳舊了一些，服務態度有的好有的不好，當天入住門卡打不開門，樓上樓下跑了好幾趟，還是讓打掃衞生的給打開的，總枱就是不給換個房間，最後叫來了修鎖換電池的，換了電池用房間卡也打不開門，還是修鎖換電池師傅拿下去總枱給換了門卡才能用了
