Location is really for a morning flight departure ,5min to the airport.Contact hotel for airport pick up ,and U need to reserve for airport send off .Nothing much to do around the hotel .We took Didi to Zhong Shan walking street ,cost us around rmb39. Overall Fliport hotel is value worth hotel .It's clean and I'm impressed with all the hotel staff . From pick up concierge,van drivers ,,restaurant and cleaners ..Excellent service. Will recommend to families and friends if they have. Long layover in xien like I do .

Very clean and comfortable room. Just located 5 munutes driving distance from airport. enjoy the stay very much.

Great option if you have to catch an early flight. You van walk to airport but there is a shuttle service as well. there are not many shops ir facilities around the hotel and be aware that there are 2 buildings

Very friendly staff. Room is clean n nice. Very much similar standard as Singapore MBS. Would stay there again when I travel to xiamen

An amazing place to stay. Peaceful environment and good place for foreigners. They have nice beddings, pillows and blankets. The best thing I like the most is the English movies which not all hotels in China have. They have a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. (Please add more western food) ❤️😊 Their sauna impresses me ! Good location! On top of everything, they provide airport drop off for free. 👏 Kudos to the guy who communicate with me in English. Over all, I had a wonderful stay! (They even allowed me to check out until 2pm (fore free!? 🤗

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would like to give a special mention to the lobby boy, Mr Hong （小洪）, who truly made our experience unforgettable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He was always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was handling our luggage, providing local recommendations, or ensuring that all our needs were met. He is a true asset to the hotel, and we are grateful for his outstanding service. Overall, I highly recommend Fliport Garden Hotel!

Upon entering the room, one of the first things I noticed was cigarette ash on the toilet floor. This not only indicated a lack of thorough cleaning but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Finding such a blatant oversight was truly disappointing and made me question the attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. Moreover, despite requesting assistance with luggage upon arrival, nobody came to help us. This lack of basic courtesy was unexpected, especially considering the reputation of the hotel. Carrying our luggage to the room ourselves was an inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing and organization. Additionally, the check-in process was incredibly time-consuming, taking two hours. This excessive waiting time was frustrating and unacceptable, particularly after a long journey when guests are eager to settle into their accommodations swiftly. It seemed that there were inefficiencies in the hotel's check-in procedures, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience for guests.

Great service from reception and concierge! Location is great, with hotel free shuttle bus, only takes 5 mins to terminals. Will stay again!

This place was such a surprise: what a gem. Amazing service at check in. Beautiful clean rooms.!brand new everything. Short hop from the airport: I’d stay again after a flight.

Peaceful environment, Room is clean, comfortable and it’s very quiet although it’s next door to the airport. Very friendly staffs.

The hotel location is very close to the airport with free drop-off service as well.

The hotel is located near the T3 airport terminal, just 7-minute drive. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities with limitations. Needs refurbishment inside certain areas of the room. You will still hear the constant noise of aeroplanes taking off, so you need soundproof windows. The staff are helpful and have the basics of English. Overall it's good stay.

They take to much to pick me up at the airport. When I paid they wanted to charge an extra fee who knows why. It’s supposed to include breakfast but rudely they said me no. And I book this hotel because the swimming pool and it was not on service.
