Pretty easy to check-in. Just make sure to communicate to the owner! The room was clean and the view was ok. I think the rooms facing the water would be the best.

Very sparse apartment. Beds are hard. Provided disposable towels of 1 pc per day per pax. Not enough if you shower twice a day like us. Did not make up bed daily & cleanliness not super but passable

I have stayed in seven-star hotels and international youth hostels for ten yuan, but this one is definitely the best value for money. The location, conditions and environment of the hotel are all very good, especially the view from the window is first-class - you can watch the night view at night and the sunrise in the morning without leaving the house. The Binhai Leisure Road is just outside the door, and Shapowei is within a hundred meters.
